PROCESO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE UN INSTRUMENTO, PARA MEDIR LA PERCEPCIÓN DE LOS EGRESADOS DE ENFERMERÍA, SOBRE LA SUFICIENCIA DE LAS COMPETENCIAS ADQUIRIDAS DURANTE SU FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL
Con el sobrevenir del ejercicio profesional el recién egresado, lleva consigo un conjunto de competencias en el conocer y habilidades practicas adquiridas en la academia, los cual representa un reto al ser integradas para satisfacer los requerimientos y las necesidades de los diferentes campos y situaciones propios del ejercicio profesional, por lo cual el presente trabajo tiene como finalidad la identificaciones de las percepciones sobre si las habilidades adquiridas durante su pregrado son suficientes para cumplir las exigencias laborales; y su objetivo general es el de Describir la percepción de los recién egresados del pregrado de enfermería acerca de la suficiencia en la formación.

Abstract:
With the coming of the professional practice, the recent graduate carries with him a set of competencies in knowledge and practical skills acquired in the academy, which represents a challenge to integrated and meet the requirements and needs of the different fields and situations of the professional practice, so the present work aims to identify the perceptions on whether the skills acquired during their undergraduate studies are enough to meet the labor requirements; and its general objective is to describe the perception of recent nursing undergraduate graduates about the sufficiency in training
