Problematizando a relação teoria e prática entre supervisores de estágio no curso de serviço social
Este trabalho resultado de uma pesquisa de mestrado, tem como objetivo analisar as condições e contradições da realização da atividade do supervisor de campo do estágio obrigatório em Serviço Social, considerando que estes profissionais atuam como facilitadores que oportunizam a dimensão interventiva. Como quadro teórico metodológico apresentamos a Clínica da Atividade que propõe meios de agir sobre as relações entre atividade e subjetividade, individuo e coletivo. A técnica utilizada foi a instrução ao sósia em razão de possibilitar uma reflexão diária sobre a prática profissional mediante o trabalho realizado por outros. O estágio é um elemento estruturador que reúne as bases da formação, principalmente por ser uma profissão interventiva que atua na e para a realidade social. O trabalho dos supervisores acadêmico e de campo, envolvidos junto ao estágio obrigatório, permite-nos compreender a profissão não só como um processo acadêmico, mas de uma realidade concreta e configurada num complexo campo de atuação. No recorte deste trabalho, a infância e a velhice se contrapõem na complexidade da profissão conferindo uma visibilidade ao gênero e o torna suscetível de ser discutido, tendo em vista as circunstâncias imediatas da situação vivida. A análise indicou a complexidade da profissão expostas as surpresas do real favorecendo o reconhecimento da dimensão subjetiva do trabalho, bem como os limites do saber-fazer-ensinar.

Abstract:
This work, the result of a master's research, aims to analyze the conditions and contradictions of carrying out the activity of the field supervisor of the mandatory internship in Social Work, considering that these professionals act as facilitators that provide the intervention dimension. As a theoretical and methodological framework, we present the Clinic of Activity, which proposes ways of acting on the relationships between activity and subjectivity, individual and collective. The technique used was instruction to the double because it allows a daily reflection on professional practice through the work done by others. The internship is a structuring element that brings together the bases of training, mainly because it is an interventionist profession that works in and for the social reality. The work of academic and field supervisors, involved in the mandatory internship, allows us to understand the profession not only as an academic process, but as a concrete reality configured in a complex field of action. n the context of this work, childhood and old age are opposed in the complexity of the profession, giving visibility to gender and making it susceptible to be discussed, in view of the immediate circumstances of the situation experienced. The analysis indicated the complexity of the profession exposed to the surprises of the real favoring the recognition of the subjective dimension of work, as well as the limits of know-how-to-teach.
