PRINCÍPIOS DO MANEJO DO ESTRESSE NA PANDEMIA COVID-19 O EFEITO DO USO DE PLATAFORMA DIGITAL NO APRENDIZADO EM SAÚDE MENTAL
Há alguns anos temos visto um enorme crescimento de plataformas de ensino online e, consequentemente, o surgimento de vários cursos totalmente online ou semipresenciais. Ao trazermos isso para a área da educação médica vemos a expansão da telemedicina e de programas que possibilitem o aprendizado de temas relacionados à saúde por metodologia de Ensino à distância. No entanto, devido ao seu caráter majoritariamente prático, a aplicabilidade dessas ferramentas na capacitação de profissionais da saúde ainda necessita de aperfeiçoamento e de estudos que validem metodologias e suas aplicações. O objetivo do presente estudo é investigar a proporção de participantes que alcançam níveis mais altos de aprendizado (p. ex. analisar ou sintetizar ou criar) de acordo com a taxonomia revisada de Bloom; se os participantes apresentam um ganho de conhecimento expresso pela diferença do desempenho na avaliação final comparada a inicial; a diferença no aprendizado alcançado de acordo com o nível de formação profissional (p. ex. residentes versus graduandos). Este estudo terá como participantes residentes e outros voluntários (graduandos da FMUSP) do Instituto de Psiquiatria do Hospital das Clínicas da FMUSP que participarão do curso “Princípios do Manejo do Estresse na pandemia Covid-19”, o qual tem como objetivo oferecer o alcance da competência de familiarização com conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes para o manejo do estresse na pandemia Covid-19. Os participantes responderão um instrumento de avaliação antes e após o curso, além disso, terão que contribuir com comentários semanais na plataforma utilizada (para os quais receberão feedback individuais semanais dos tutores) e preparar um portfólio com suas vivências decorrentes da aplicação dos conhecimentos adquiridos durante o curso. Os dados receberão tratamento de análise qualitativa e quantitativa.

Abstract:
A few years ago, we have seen a huge growth of online teaching platforms and, consequently, the emergence of several courses that are completely online or blended. When we bring this to the area of medical education, we see the expansion of telemedicine and programs that enable the learning of health-related topics through distance learning methodology. However, due to their mostly practical nature, the applicability of these tools in the training of health professionals still needs improvement and studies that validate methodologies and their applications. The aim of this study is to investigate the proportion of participants who achieve higher levels of learning (e.g., analyze or synthesize or create) in accordance with Bloom's revised taxonomy; if the participants present a knowledge gain expressed by the difference in performance in the final assessment compared to the initial one; the difference in learning achieved according to the level of professional training (e.g., R3 versus R2). This study will have, as participants, residents and other volunteers (FMUSP undergraduates) from the Institute of Psychiatry, Hospital das Clínicas, FMUSP, who will participate in the course “Principles of Stress Management in the Covid-19 pandemic”, which aims to offer the scope of familiarization competence with knowledge, skills and attitudes for the management of stress in the Covid-19 pandemic. Participants will answer an assessment instrument before and after the course, in addition, they will have to contribute weekly comments on the platform used (for which they will receive weekly individual feedback from the tutors) and prepare a portfolio with their experiences arising from the application of the knowledge acquired during the course. The data will receive qualitative and quantitative analysis treatment.
