PRINCIPAIS ACHADOS TOMOGRÁFICOS NA COVID-19: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
Em 2019, na China, ocorreu o primeiro caso da Covid19 causada pela SarS-Cov2, a partir de então iniciou-se uma corrida contra o tempo para diagnósticos precisos da doença e pela vacina que pudesse conter a pandemia trazida pelo vírus, acometendo todos os países. Os exames diagnósticos (RT-PCR) baseiam-se na detecção de proteínas do vírus e resposta imunológica à inflamação. Já os exames de imagem TC do tórax, são usados para dividir a evolução da infecção causada pela doença, mas especificamente em 4 fases que foram descritas no trabalho como: s: inicial, progressivo, pico e absorção. é de suma importância que a temática trazida continue sendo estudada, ou seja, aprofundamentos acerca dos exames de imagem com o reconhecimento das fases para acompanhamento temporal do desenvolvimento da doença, auxiliando no tratamento clínico de cada paciente de forma individualizada e correta. Até o momento, o tratamento baseia-se em terapia de suporte, controle de sintomas clínicos e manejo de complicações.

Abstract:
In 2019, in China, there was the first case of COVID-19 caused by SarS-Cov-2, since then a race against time began for accurate diagnosis of the disease and for the vaccine that could contain a pandemic brought by the virus, affecting all countries. Diagnostic tests (RT-PCR) are based on detection of virus proteins and immune response to inflammation. On the other hand, CT scans of the chest are used to divide the evolution of the infection caused by the disease, but specifically into 4 phases that were eliminated in the work, such as: initial, progressive, peak and absorption. It is of paramount importance that the theme brought up continues to be studied, that is, further studies on imaging exams with the recognition of phases for temporal monitoring of the development of the disease, assisting in the clinical treatment of each patient in an individualized and correct manner. So far, treatment is based on supportive therapy, control of clinical symptoms and treatment of complications.
