PREVENÇÃO DE INFECÇÕES SEXUALMENTE TRANSMISSÍVEIS NA ADOLESCÊNCIA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Introdução: A adolescência é o período entre 10 e 19 anos no qual há diversas mudanças que podem intensificar a incidência de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (IST). Nesse sentido, nota-se que realizar ações voltadas à sexualidade dos adolescentes são medidas necessárias para contribuir na redução das IST, incluindo a infecção pelo HIV e a Aids, assim como outros problemas que os afligem. Assim, surge a necessidade da intervenção de alunos do curso de enfermagem, da Universidade Estadual de Maringá (UEM), em um colégio municipal de Santa Fé-PR. O objeto deste estudo é relatar a experiência dos PETianos em práticas de educação em saúde para o público adolescente no contexto escolar, com foco nas temáticas: puberdade e adolescência, sexo/sexualidade, IST e métodos de prevenção. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência, escolhido por promover reflexão a respeito do vivido e compreensão da complexidade da experiência. Para a ação educativa, optou-se pela roda de conversa, que permite o papel ativo do adolescente no seu processo de aprendizagem. Resultados e Discussão: A atividade se deu em dois momentos. No primeiro, houve um preparo técnico-científico da temática pelos PETianos junto com enfermeiro especialista na temática IST e adolescência. Desse momento, foram elaboradas perguntas para conduzir a dinâmica com adolescentes. No segundo momento, os PETianos utilizaram as perguntas para guiar o bate-papo junto aos adolescentes até que se sentissem confortáveis para realizar suas próprias perguntas. Pôde-se observar que as temáticas escolhidas trouxeram resultados satisfatórios. Houve uma grande participação dos adolescentes. Conclusão: A discussão sobre a sexualidade, seus desdobramentos e impasses dentro dessa faixa etária é importante para prevenir e conscientizar a respeito das temáticas, elucidando as dúvidas e considerando o conhecimento pré-existente do indivíduo, agregando-o com novas informações para uma melhor instrução acerca do assunto.

Abstract:
Introduction: Adolescence is the period between 10 and 19 years in which there are several changes that can intensify the incidence of sexually transmitted infections (STI). In this regard, it is noted that actions aiming at adolescents' sexuality are necessary measures to contribute to the reduction of STI, including HIV and AIDS infection, as well as other problems that afflict them. This way, there is a need for the intervention of students from the nursing college at the State University of Maringá with adolescents from a school in Santa Fé-PR. Objective: Report the experience of PETianos in health education practices for the adolescent public in the school context, with a focus on the themes: puberty and adolescence, sex/sexuality, STI and prevention methods. Material and Method: It is a descriptive study of the type of experience report that makes it possible to reflect on what has been lived and understand the complexity of the experience. For the educational action, the conversation wheel was chosen for allowing the active role of the adolescent in their learning process. Results and Discussion: The activity took place in two moments. In the first, there was a technical-scientific preparation of the theme by PETianos together with nurses specialized in the theme STI and adolescence. From that moment, questions were prepared to conduct the dynamics with adolescents. In the second moment, PETianos used the questions to guide the chat with the teenagers until they felt comfortable to ask their own questions. It was observed that the chosen themes brought satisfactory results. There was a great adhesion on the part of the adolescents. Conclusion: The discussion about sexuality, its consequences and its impasses within this age group is important to prevent and raise awareness about the theme, clarifying doubts and considering the individual's pre-existing knowledge, adding new information for better instruction about the subject.
