PREVALÊNCIA DE HIPERTENSÃO ARTERIAL SISTÊMICA NA POPULAÇÃO ADSCRITA PELA ESF INCONFIDÊNCIA, MURIAÉ, MINAS GERAIS, BRASIL
O estudo epidemiológico acerca da prevalência de Hipertensão arterial sistêmica (HAS) nos territórios de abrangência da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) é uma importante ferramenta para conhecer a realidade local e, por conseguinte possibilitar uma melhor avaliação a respeito da eficiência das ações de saúde implementadas para o seu controle. O presente estudo objetivou identificar o índice de HAS nos pacientes adultos adscritos pela ESF Inconfidência durante os meses de março a junho de 2018, por meio da análise de prontuários, além de correlacionar os achados com os de nível nacional. A partir do estudo foi possível observar que a taxa de HAS na população adscrita pela ESF Inconfidência é inferior àquela apresentada no âmbito nacional.

Abstract:
The epidemiological study on the prevalence of systemic arterial hypertension (SAH) in the territories covered by the Family Health Strategy (FHS) is an important tool to get to know the local reality and, therefore, enable a better assessment of the efficiency of actions implemented for their control. The present study aimed to identify the SAH index in adult patients enrolled by the ESF Inconfidência during the months of March to June 2018, through the analysis of medical records, in addition to correlating the findings with those at the national level. From the study it was possible to observe that the rate of SAH in the population registered by the ESF Inconfidência is lower than that presented at the national level.
