PRESENTEÍSMO NA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM UNIVERSITÁRIA AMBULATORIAL: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.
Objetivo: Identificar na literatura nacional e internacional, estudos sobre o presenteísmo na equipe de enfermagem ambulatorial. Método: Revisão integrativa, nas bases de dados: Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informações em Ciências da Saúde, National Library of Medicine, Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature e American Psychological Association. Realizada em março de 2019 tendo como critérios: artigos originais; em inglês, francês, espanhol ou português; sem recorte temporal. Resultados: Foram selecionados apenas 09 artigos para leitura e análise na íntegra, os quais retratavam pesquisas sobre presenteísmo com profissionais de enfermagem. Conclusão: Há evidências do aumento de publicações sobre presenteísmo, contudo, não foram encontrados estudos com a enfermagem ambulatorial, sendo a maioria realizada em hospitais e casas de repouso. Isso deixa clara a necessidade de adequação do campo acadêmico com pesquisas que colaborem para a identificação do presenteísmo nesses profissionais, com metodologias capazes de trazer evidências científicas sobre o presenteísmo.

Abstract:
Objective: to identify, in national and international literature, studies about presenteeism in the outpatient nursing team. Method: Study of integrative review that used the BIREME, PubMed, CINAHL and PsycINFO/APA data bases. The study took place in March 2019 and its criteria were: articles that were complete and original; articles in English, French or Portuguese; articles with no timeframe. Results: Only 09 articles were selected for the complete reading and analyses and they portrayed researches about presenteeism with nursing professionals. Conclusion: There is evidence of an increase in the number of publications about presenteeism, but there were not found researches with the outpatient nursing team, given that most of those studies took place in hospitals and nursing homes. Therefore, it shows the academic field’s need of adequate itself to studies that collaborate with the identification of presenteeism in the outpatient nursing team professionals, with methodologies capable of showing scientific evidences about presenteeism.
