PREFERÊNCIAS NO TRABALHO SEGUNDO O RELATO DE PROFESSORES DO ENSINO BÁSICO DA REDE PÚBLICA
Objetivo: Conhecer e compreender as preferências no trabalho segundo a opinião de professores municipais de educação infantil e fundamental de uma cidade do interior paulista. Metodologia: Pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória. A coleta dos dados aconteceu por meio de questionário autoaplicável com dados sociodemográficos e duas perguntas norteadoras: O que você mais gosta no seu trabalho? O que você menos gosta no seu trabalho? A análise dos dados foi realizada por categorização, possibilitando a articulação das respostas. Resultados: A maioria dos participantes se constituía do gênero feminino; com idade entre de 28 e 50; católicas; formadas entre 6 e 29 anos; que trabalham na rede municipal de ensino entre 2,5 anos e 27 anos. Dividem-se entre casadas e solteiras; têm curso de pós-graduação, especialização; lecionam em dois turnos (manhã e tarde) e não possuem outra atividade profissional. Foram elencadas as seguintes categorias em relação ao que o professor mais gosta no trabalho docente: Dinâmica escolar; Relacionamento interpessoal com estudantes e colegas; Educação de valores e participação para a cidadania. E relativo ao que menos gosta: Divergência sobre o processo pedagógico-administrativo; Estresse; Indisciplina dos alunos. Considerações Finais: Os professores investigados relacionam a profissão docente à formação da cidadania, transformação da sociedade, além de significativo grau de realização pessoal e profissional. Todavia, revelam dificuldades na profissão, entendendo-a como fortemente influenciada pela instituição, pela deficiência estrutural do serviço, dificuldades e conflitos relacionados à manutenção dos níveis de saúde mental dos integrantes da escola, fundamentalmente do professor e do aluno e das consequências que podem advir desta relação.

Abstract:
Objective: To know and understand preferences at work according to the opinion of municipal teachers of early childhood and elementary education who work in a city located in the interior of São Paulo. Methodology: Qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research. The data collection took place through a self-administered questionnaire with sociodemographic data and two guiding questions: What do you most like about your work? What do you like least about your job? The data analysis was performed by categorization, enabling the articulation of the answers. Results: Most of the participants were female; aged between 28 and 50; catholic; graduated between 6 and 29 years; who work in the municipal school system between 2.5 years and 27 years. They are divided between married and single; have a postgraduate course, specialization; they teach in two shifts (morning and afternoon) and don’t have another professional activity. The following categories were listed in relation to what the teacher most like about teaching: School dynamics; Interpersonal relationships with students and colleagues; Education of values and participation for citizenship. And relative to what he dislikes: Divergence over the pedagogical-administrative process; Stress; Students' indiscipline. Final Considerations: The investigated teachers relate the teaching profession to the formation of citizenship, transformation of society, in addition to a significant degree of personal and professional achievement. However, they reveal difficulties in the profession, understanding that it is strongly influenced by the institution, by the structural deficiency of the service, difficulties and conflicts related to the maintenance of the mental health levels of the school members, fundamentally of the teacher and the student and the consequences that may arise of this relationship.
