PRÁTICAS INTEGRATIVAS COMPLEMENTARES E A SAÚDE DO TRABALHADOR: REVISÃO SISTÊMICA DA LITERATURA A PARTIR DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DESTA POLÍTICA NACIONAL NO SUS
Na atualidade constata-se que o trabalho vem passando por diversas mudanças, tais como: a reestruturação produtiva global e a acumulação flexível. Fatores revelados como reflexo da precarização e da terceirização, estas se emergiram na fragmentação da identidade coletiva do trabalhador, impactando na criação de novos modelos de trabalho, a articulação política, econômica, monetária e as relações de trabalho refletem-se nas desigualdades que interferem na saúde do trabalhador revelando-se a estrutura de relações sociais e poder. Neste viés, a finalidade deste estudo é identificar o uso das Praticas Integrativas Complementares nas práticas de prevenção e tratamento na Saúde do Trabalhador, para contemplar este objetivo realizou-se uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), seguindo os protocolos da metodologia Methodi Ordinatio. Apontam-se como resultados o uso das PICS, principalmente, por profissionais da área da saúde e utilizando-se acupuntura, massagem, ioga, terapia, plantas medicinais e fitoterápicas e meditação.

Abstract:
Currently, it can be seen that work has been undergoing several changes, global productive restructuring and flexible accumulation, as a reflection of precariousness and outsourcing, these emerged in the fragmentation of the collective identity of the worker, impacting the creation of new ones. Work models, political, economic, monetary articulation and labor relations are reflected in the inequalities that interfere with workers' health, revealing the structure of social relations and power. The purpose of this study is to identify the use of Integrative and Complementary Practices in prevention and treatment practices in workers' health, to address this goal, followed the protocols of the Methodi Ordinatio methodology. The results point to the use of Integrative and Complementary Practices, mainly by health professionals using acupuncture, massage, yoga, therapy, medical plants and herbal and meditation.
