PRÁTICAS DO ACOLHIMENTO E CUIDADO À POPULAÇÃO EM SITUAÇÕES DE RUA ATRAVÉS DA PALHAÇOTERAPIA
Objetivo: O presente trabalho tem por objetivo relatar as ações realizadas pelo Projeto Palhaçoterapia no evento Médicos de Rua Ponta Grossa edição 2019/2020. Metodologia: O presente trabalho trata-se de um relato de experiência, construído através de relatos das ações realizadas pelo Projeto Palhaçoterapia da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, durante os atendimentos do projeto Médicos de Rua - Ponta Grossa. Os dados são referentes a participação em 4 ações, realizadas em 2019 e início de 2020. Resultados: Na primeira ação, realizada em 09 de junho de 2019, os integrantes do Projeto Palhaçoterapia durante o acolhimento utilizaram a técnica do Fio da Conexão, neste dia foram acolhidas 147 pessoas. No dia 25 de agosto de 2019, durante a segunda ação, as pessoas em situação de rua foram convidadas a construírem crachás com seus nomes, e assim se apresentarem como indivíduos e com identidade, uns aos outros, neste dia foram recebidas 112 pessoas. Na terceira ação, que ocorreu no início de dezembro, uma árvore de desejos de Natal foi construída, na árvore de Natal foram pendurados 129 desejos. Já em 2020, na quarta e última ação, realizado dia 08 de março, a técnica proposta para o acolhimento foi da montagem um varal do conhecimento, e nesse dia as bexigas das 138 pessoas foram acolhidas. Conclusão: A esperança muitas vezes é trazida através de doses de amor, humor e alegria. Esses são os sinônimos do projeto Palhaçoterapia que realiza suas atividades sempre almejando sorrisos daqueles que estão no processo da vulnerabilidade, através de um ouvir acolhedor e humanizado.

Abstract:
Objective: The presente work has for purpose report the actions that have been done by the Clowntherapy Project in the event Médicos de Rua (Street Doctors) Ponta Grossa, edition 2019/2020. Methodology: The present work is about a experience report, built with notes of the actions that has been made by the Clowntherapy Project from the State University of Ponta Grossa, during the medical care of the Street Doctors Ponta Grossa. The data come from the participation in four actions, made in the 2019 and in the beginning of 2020. Results: In the first action, that was made in june 09th of 2019, the members of the Clowntherapy Project during the user embracement use the technique of conection thread, in this day 147 people were assisted. In august 25th of 2019, during the second action, the people in street situation were asked to built a badge with their names and then introduce theirselves to eachother, in this day 112 people were received. In the third action, which occured in the early december, a christmas tree was build, in this christmas tree, 129 wishes were hung. In 2020, in the fourth and last action, made in march 08th, the technique that was suggested for the user embracement was a knowlegde clothesline assembly and in this day 138 baloons of the people were collected. Conclusion: Hope is often brought through doses of love, humor and joy. These are the synonyms of the Clowntherapy project that carries out its activities always aiming for smiles of those who are in the process of vulnerability, through a welcoming and humanized listening.
