PRÁTICA EDUCATIVA SOBRE ALIMENTAÇÃO SAUDÁVEL ENTRE ESCOLARES DE UMA CRECHE RIBEIRINHA NA ILHA DE COTIJUBA/PA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A alimentação do indivíduo reflete-se na sua imagem, seja no aspecto da pele, emocional e até o desenvolvimento psicomotor, e, é neste aspecto que a alimentação saudável, de acordo com cada fase da vida, é de fundamental importância; b) Relatar a experiência sobre uma prática educativa sobre alimentação saudável entre escolares de uma creche ribeirinha na ilha de Cotijuba/Pa; c) A ação educativa teve como base a teoria da problematização do Arco de Mangarez e contou com a participação de 13 crianças; d) As crianças mostraram ter um conhecimento básico e superficial dos benefícios e malefícios que os alimentos podem trazer ou não a elas, fato que pode estar relacionado à pouca idade e/ou condições socioeconômicas; e) A experiência dessa prática permitiu que se desenvolvesse um processo de reflexão da realidade observada na comunidade de Cotijuba (PA) na qual é notada a necessidade de uma maior assistência à família sobre a promoção da alimentação saudável, baseada na oferta regional dos alimentos.

Abstract:
The nutrition of the individuals reflect their image, whether in the aspect of the skin or the emotional and even the psychomotor development, and, in this context of healthy eating, according of each stage of life, it's primordial; b) report the experience about the educational practice concerning healthy eating between students of one riverside nursery on the island of Cotijuba/PA; c) The educative action and was based on problematic theory of arc Mangarez and had the participation of 13 children; d) The children displayed basic and superficial knowledge about the benefits and harms that food can bring to them, fact that can be related to their young age and/or socioeconomic conditions; e) The experience of this practice allowed the process of reflection of the reality observed in the community of Cotijuba (PA) where is noted the need further assistance to the families towards the promotion of healthy habits of eating, based of the regional offer of food.
