POSSÍVEL ASSOCIAÇÃO ENTRE PERDA AUDITIVA E O EQUILÍBRIO POSTURAL NA POSIÇÃO SEMI-TADEN: ESTUDO PRELIMINAR
este estudo teve como objetivo
investigar possíveis associações de perda
auditiva com equilíbrio postural na posição
semi-tandem em professores do projeto Prómestre.
Estudo transversal parte do projeto
Pró-mestre Os instrumentos utilizados foram
a audiometria tonal limiar para verificação da
audição e a plataforma de força para verificação
do equilíbrio postural. Todos os pacientes foram
avaliados na posição Semi-Tandem. A análise
estatística foi realizada com o programa IBM
SPSS (versão 20 para Windows). A distribuição
paramétrica dos dados foi verificada pelo
teste de Shapiro Wilk, utilizado o teste T para
amostras independentes, a fim de comparar as
médias do desempenho entre os grupos e foi
adotado o p≤0,05. Foram verificados os valores
para todos os participantes com e sem perda
auditiva, houve diferença entre perda auditiva
e a posição semi-tandem na Freq.ML. Verificou
prejuízo da manutenção do equilíbrio postural
apenas para os parâmetros analisados na
posição semi-tandem para a Freq.ML.

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate
possible associations of hearing loss with
postural balance in the semi-tandem position
in professors of the Pró-mestre project. Crosssectional
study part of the Pró-mestre project The
instruments used were threshold audiometry
for hearing verification and the force platform
for verification of postural balance. All patients
were evaluated in the Semi-Tandem position.
Statistical analysis was performed with the IBM
SPSS program (version 20 for Windows). The
parametric distribution of the data was verified
by the Shapiro Wilk test, using the T test for
independent samples, in order to compare the
means of performance between the groups
and was adopted p≤0.05. The values for all
participants with and without hearing loss were
verified, there was a difference between hearing
loss and the semi-tandem position in Freq.ML.
It verified damages of the maintenance of the
postural equilibrium only for the parameters
analyzed in the semi-tandem position for the
Freq.ML.
