POR UMA CARTOGRAFIA DE INDÍCIOS DO CUMPRIMENTO DA LEI 10.639/2003 NO PPP
Este trabalho é produto de pesquisa realizada no Centro Federal Tecnológico Celso Suckow da Fonseca, no Programa de Pós Graduação em Relações Étnico Raciais no curso de pós graduação strictu sensu em relações étnico raciais, o objetivo foi refletir aspectos que tangenciam a aplicabilidade da Lei 10.639/2003 no interior da instituição escolar, refletindo aspectos da legislação, num viés de promoção de discentes. Trabalhamos com legislações diversas, bem como uma revisão de literatura que integra: Libâneo, Oliveira e Tosh (2009), Veiga (1996), Mosé (2013), Ponce (2001), Libâneo (2003), Passos (2013), Gandin (2004), Foucault (2002), Gatti (2003), entre outros, Ginzburg (2014) e Rolnik (1989) (referenciais metodológicos), numa metodologia qualitativa, indiciária, cartográfica, documental. Os resultados apontam indícios de cumprimento da legislação em vigor, sendo indispensável uma interação e mobilização da sociedade civil para fins de efetivo cumprimento da Lei.

Abstract:
This paper is the product of research conducted at the Celso Suckow da Fonseca Federal Technological Center, in the Postgraduate Program in Ethnic and Racial Relations in the postgraduate course strictu sensu in ethnic and racial relations. The goal was to reflect aspects that touch on the applicability of Law 10.639/2003 within the school institution, reflecting aspects of the legislation towards promoting students. We worked with several legislations, as well as a literature review integrating: Libâneo, Oliveira and Tosh (2009), Veiga (1996), Mosé (2013), Ponce (2001), Libâneo (2003), Passos (2013), Gandin (2004), Foucault (2002), Gatti (2003), among others, Ginzburg (2014) and Rolnik (1989) (methodological references), in a qualitative, indicative, cartographic, documentary methodology. The results point to indications of compliance with the legislation in existence, being crucial to an interaction and mobilization of civil society for the purposes of effective compliance with the Law.
