Objetiva-se discutir neste estudo

as questões atinentes às intervenções que

podem e devem ser assumidas na direção da

implantação, implementação, desenvolvimento

e consolidação de uma Política Pública

Protetiva da Integridade Física e Psíquica dos

Animais não Humanos que residem no contexto

urbano sob a jurisdição de uma determinada

Administração Pública Municipal. Esta síntese

reflexiva sobre Políticas Públicas Protetivas

se apresenta quanto à forma de abordagem

do assunto, como qualitativa, no que tanque a

modalidade investigativa como básica, do ponto

de vista de seus objetivos, como descritiva,

e com relação aos procedimentos técnicos,

qualifica-se como bibliográfica. Conclui-se,

portanto, que o pensar em Políticas Públicas

Protetivas da Integridade Física e Psíquica

dos Animais não Humanos está no centro dos

debates e é importante que se esteja atento e

acompanhando tais discussões as quais trazem

em seu bojo a importância da continuidade e

preservação da vida no planeta terra – inclusive

a vida do próprio ser humano.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is

to discuss the issues related to interventions

that can and should be taken towards the

implementation, implementation, development

and consolidation of a Public Policy to Protect

the Physical and Psychological Integrity of

Nonhuman Animals residing in the urban

context under the jurisdiction of a certain

Municipal Public Administration. This reflexive

synthesis on Protective Public Policies presents

itself as a way of approaching the subject, as

qualitative, in which the investigative modality

as basic, from the point of view of its objectives,

as descriptive, and with respect to the technical

procedures, qualifies as bibliographical. It

is concluded, therefore, that thinking about

Public Policies that Protect the Physical and

Psychological Integrity of Non-Human Animals

is at the center of the debates and it is important

to be attentive and follow up on such discussions

which bring in their focus the importance of

continuity and preservation of life on planet

earth - including the life of the human being himself.
