POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS PARA A FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR GESTOR ESCOLAR
Este artigo tem como objeto as políticas públicas para a formação do professor com ênfase na formação do gestor escolar. A partir dos conceitos de formação inicial e continuada para o profissional da docência é exposto um breve histórico dessas formações, evidenciado o período pós década de 80 marcado pela interferência do neoliberalismo e de organismos internacionais no tratamento nos assuntos públicos. Posteriormente, é realizado um afunilamento para as orientações que são dadas a referida temática no Estado de Mato Grosso, a partir da legislação estadual e do Orientativo Pedagógico 2017, elaborado pela Superintendência de Formação dos Profissionais da Educação Básica. Para tal foram utilizadas pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, cujo aporte teórico foi subsidiado por autores como Libâneo (2006, 2015), Lima (2005), Saviani (2009), Shiroma (2007). Concluiu-se que a formação docente é indispensável para a construção de uma sociedade mais justa e democrática. Desse modo, a formação do professor gestor necessita abranger tanto o conteúdo do âmbito pedagógico quanto aqueles de cunho administrativo. Considera-se importante discutir o referido assunto haja vista que é partindo da população e dos profissionais da área que a luta por uma educação pública de qualidade pode ser fortalecida.

Abstract:
This article aim the public policies for teacher education with emphasis in school manager training. Based on the concepts of initial and continous formation to the teacher professional is exposed, a brief historical of these formation, highlighting the pos 80 decade period marked by the neoliberalismo interferancy and the international organisms in the treatment of public matter. Subsequently, a funnel is accomplished for the orientations that are given the reffered theme in the State of Mato Grosso, from the state legislation from the 2017 Pedagogica Guide, elaborated by the Superintendency of Training of Basic Education Professionals. In order to that were taken documental and bibliographic research, which theoretical contribution was subsidized by the authors such as Libâneo (2006, 2015), Lima (2005), Saviani (2009), Shiroma (2007). It was concluded that the teacher training is indispensable for building a fair and democratic society. Therefore, the training of the managing teacher needs to encompass as much the pedagogical matter as those from the administrative scope. It is considered important to discuss this relating matter, given that it must comes from the population and the professionals in the field that the fight for a quality public education can be strengthened
