POLITICAS PÚBLICAS GERENCIALISTAS: EFEITOS NA SEGURANÇA DO TRABALHADOR EM INSTITUIÇÕES DE EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR
O presente artigo tem como objetivo apreciar os impactos das políticas públicas gerencialistas na segurança do trabalhador no ambiente institucional de educação superior. Utilizou-se a abordagem científica de natureza predominantemente qualitativa, em pesquisa de caráter descritivo, com técnica bibliográfica e documental. Inicialmente, o estudo busca trazer embasamentos teóricos de autores sobre políticas públicas e, posteriormente, compreender certos fatos históricos das políticas públicas brasileiras na relação com o trabalho, e as interferências Estatais e do mercado diante de ideias globais. Pretende ainda destacar implicações do modelo gerencial nas Instituições de Educação Superior (IES), com ênfase na terceirização. Entre os resultados, destacou-se a importância da socialização e instrução dos gestores educacionais para enfrentar os desafios globais que se apresentam, sempre alinhados aos objetivos da instituição educacional.

Abstract:
This article aims to appreciate the impacts of management of public policy with a focus on worker safety measures in the institutional environment of higher education. The scientific approach of predominantly qualitative nature was used in this descriptive research with a bibliographic, and documental technique. Initially the purpose of this study is to bring theoretical authors foundations about public policies and subsequently to comprehend certain facts in brazilian public policy related to work, along with state and market interferences in light of global ideas. Furthermore it is intended to highlight the implications of the managerial style in the Higher Education Institutions with emphasis on outsourcing. Among the results, the importance of socialization and instruction of the educational managers to confront global challenges, always aligned to the educational institution goals.
