No que tange as Políticas Nacionais
de Alimentação e Nutrição o artigo busca fazer
uma análise da aplicação dos programas PNAE
e PAA no município de São João da Barra -
RJ. A pesquisa permeia, dentre as inúmeras
determinantes de análise dessas políticas, como
os fornecedores beneficiários e o município
de São João da Barra se relacionam e como
essa relação poderia desenvolver ganhos
ainda maiores para comunidade local com as
variações de implementação dessas políticas
no arranjo do governo municipal.

Abstract:
Regarding the National Food
and Nutrition Policies, the article seeks an
analysis of the application of the PNAE and PAA
programs in the municipality of São João da
Barra - RJ. The research permeates, among the
numerous determinants of policy analysis, how
the beneficiary suppliers and the municipality
of São João da Barra relate and how it is
possible to build even greater gains for the local
community with variations in the implementation
of municipal government non-governmental
policies.
