• Abstract: This text presents the network research project (2024-2027) which aims to develop cooperation and exchange actions between researchers from national and foreign higher education institutions, in order to expand and qualify academic activities, research and scientific publications at an international level. national and international around the theme: “Policies, teacher training, culture and current issues: developments in the professional development of basic education and higher education teachers - a look at the national and international contexto”. To this end, three forms of national and international cooperation and exchange will be developed: 1) Network research project; (2) Scientific publications; and (3) Academic colloquiums/Seminars. The current policies and issues suggested here will cover the following themes: Affirmative Educational Policies, Curriculum, Educational Purposes, Teaching Career, Cultural Diversity, Technology, Teacher Training, Special Education, Gender, Ethnic-Racial Relations and Religiosity. This is a research project, structured around the thematic axis of inclusion, covering the subarea – Education, culture and society -, and the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 4) - Quality education: which aims to ensure inclusive, equitable education and quality, and promote lifelong learning opportunities for the advancement of all.
