POLÍTICA NACIONAL FRENTE A LA TRATA DE PERSONAS Y SUS FORMAS DE EXPLOTACIÓN EN LA PROVINCIA DE SAN ROMÁN - PERÚ
La investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la intervención de la Política Nacional Política nacional frente a la trata de personas y sus formas de explotación en la provincia de San Román. Se trata de un estudio que permite analizar la política contra la trata de personas en el distrito fiscal de Puno. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el distrito fiscal de Puno para el año 2019 se ubica en el segundo lugar con mayor número de casos, así mismo para ese mismo año se registra un incremento importante con denuncias recibías por el Ministerio Público, por otra parte, la finalidad que tienen los tratantes con las victimas es la explotación sexual, y el mecanismo de captación está vinculado con la oferta laboral.

Abstract:
This document presents the research that aimed to describe the intervention of the National Policy National Policy against human trafficking and its forms of exploitation in the province of San Román. This is a study that allows analyzing the policy against human trafficking in the fiscal district of Puno. The results obtained show that the fiscal district of Puno for the year 2019 is located in the second place with the highest number of cases, likewise for that same year there is a significant increase with complaints received by the Public Ministry, on the other hand, the The purpose of the traffickers with the victims is sexual exploitation, and the recruitment mechanism is linked to the job offer.
