POLÍTICA NACIONAL DE SAÚDE INTEGRAL LGBT: OBJETOS DE APRENDIZAGEM COMO RECURSO FACILITADOR NA CONSTRUÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO
No campo da saúde pública um novo tema torna-se eixo central de debates, a saúde da população de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transexuais (LGBT). A Política Nacional de Saúde Integral de LGBT tem como objetivo promover a saúde integral desta população, eliminando a discriminação e o preconceito institucional, contribuindo para a redução das desigualdades e para a consolidação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) como sistema universal, integral e equânime. Com base em contribuir com a eficácia da Política LGBT e atendendo a Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde, o Ministério da Saúde, em parceria com a Secretaria Executiva da Universidade Aberta do SUS (UNA-SUS) e a UNA-SUS da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNA-SUS/UERJ), lançou em 2015 o “Curso Política Nacional de Saúde Integral LGBT” na modalidade educação a distância, aberto ao público interessado pelo tema e autoinstrucional. Estruturado a partir de situações do cotidiano dos profissionais de saúde e da população LGBT no uso dos serviços de saúde, utilizando objetos de aprendizagem como facilitador para a aprendizagem. Analisamos nas duas ofertas do curso o perfil dos alunos, o nível de conhecimento adquirido na percepção dos alunos e avaliação dos alunos sobre a metodologia aplicada. Com base nos dados, concluímos que utilizar objetos de aprendizagem apresenta-se como estratégia complementar no processo ensino-aprendizagem, ajudando na compreensão do atendimento e da vida da população LGBT. Além disso, tem potencial para ser aplicado nos conteúdos produzidos para a Política de Educação Permanente.

Abstract:
In the field of public health a new theme becomes the central focus of debate, the health of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transvestite and transgender (LGBT) population. The National LGBT Comprehensive Health Policy aims to promote the integral health of this population, eliminating discrimination and institutional prejudice, contributing to the reduction of inequalities and to the consolidation of the Unified Health System (SUS) as a universal, integral and Equanimity. The Ministry of Health, in partnership with the Executive Secretariat of the Open University of SUS (UNA-SUS) and UNA-SUS of the University of State of Rio de Janeiro (UNA-SUS / UERJ), launched in 2015 the "National Policy on Integral Health LGBT" in distance education, open to the public interested in the topic and self-instructional. Structured from everyday situations of health professionals and the LGBT population in the use of health services, using learning objects as a facilitator for learning. We analyzed the students' profile, the level of knowledge acquired in the students' perception and the students' evaluation of the applied methodology. Based on the data, we conclude that using learning objects presents itself as a complementary strategy in the teaching-learning process, helping to understand the care and life of the LGBT population. In addition, it has the potential to be applied in the contents produced for the Permanent Education Policy.
