POLÍTICA E GESTÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA: CONTRIBUIÇÕES DO OBSERVATÓRIO DO PNE NO TERRIRÓRIO DE IDENTIDADE BACIA DO RIO GRANDE/BA
A pesquisa em curso tem como
objetivo acompanhar, ao longo da vigência
do PNE 2014-2024, a materialização das
estratégias dos Planos Municipais de Educação,
para cumprimento das Metas propostas no
referido PNE. Esta comunicação apresenta as
contribuições do Observatório do Plano Nacional
de Educação no Território de Identidade da Bacia
do Rio Grande/BA, para a Educação Básica,
enquanto instrumento de pesquisa. Assim,
neste recorte, traz os resultados do processo
trilhado pelas Secretarias de Educação na
elaboração, sistematização e aprovação dos
PME, exigência da Lei 13.005/2014, Art.8º. A lei
pode acender uma luz, mas, não todas as luzes.
Por isso, importante acompanhar a trajetória
para sua efetivação

Abstract:
The current research aims to follow,
during the validity of the PNE 2014-2024, the materialization of the strategies of the Municipal
Education Plans, to fulfill the Goals proposed
in said PNE. This communication presents the
contributions of the Observatory of the National
Plan of Education in the Identity Territory of the
Rio Grande Basin / BA, for Basic Education, as
a research tool. Thus, in this cut, it brings the
results of the process tracked by the Education
Departments in the elaboration, systematization
and approval of SMEs, requirement of Law
13.005 / 2014, Art.8. The law may light a light,
but, not all lights. Therefore, it is important to
follow the path to its effectiveness
