O presente trabalho tem por objetivo

apresentar e analisar o cumprimento das

metas do Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE

2014-2024) no que tange as metas destinadas

especificamente à formação, capacitação,

remuneração e incentivo ao trabalho docente

no Brasil, bem como as consequências do não

cumprimento dessas metas atingem o trabalho

docente dos professores de Educação Física.

Portanto, evidenciamos que, os resultados

decorrentes desse diagnóstico podem contribuir

e subsidiar a formulação de outras políticas na

área da educação no universo da formação e

manutenção da carreira docente, bem como

recomendações para o cumprimento das

metas do atual e de futuros Planos Nacionais

de Educação. Assim como provocar reflexões

específicas a respeito das necessidades

educacionais voltadas a formação de

professores na área da Educação Física,

compreendida como área de conhecimento

inserida no contexto escolar.

Abstract:
The present work aims to present

and analyze the fulfillment of the objectives of

the National Education Plan (NEP 2014-2024)

regarding the goals specifically aimed at the

formation, qualification, remuneration and

incentive to the teaching work in Brazil, as well

as, the consequences of not reaching these

objectives affect the teaching work of Physical

Education teachers. Therefore, we show that the

results from this diagnosis can contribute and

support the creation of other policies in the area

of education, formation and maintenance of the

teaching career, as well as, recommendations

for achieving the goals of the current and future

National Education Plans. Likewise, inquire

specific reflections about the educational needs

focused on the teacher’s qualification in the

area of Physical Education, known as an area

of knowledge inserted in the school context.
