PLAN DE ACCIÓN EN GESTIÓN DE COMPETENCIAS GERENCIALES PARA DIRECTORES DE MEDIA GENERAL
El estudio tiene como objetivo general proponer un Plan de Acción en Gestión de Competencias Gerenciales para Directores de media general secundaria, en el Municipio San Francisco. Se sustentó teóricamente en los enfoques de Alles (2008) y Gutiérrez (2011) para la variable gestión de competencias gerenciales, y como bases legales la Constitución Nacional, Ley Orgánica de Educación (2009) y Ley del Plan de la Patria 2013-2019. La investigación es descriptiva, modalidad de proyecto factible. Su diseño corresponde a la investigación no experimental, de campo, transeccional descriptivo. La población es finita y accesible, está integrada por 128 sujetos, la población en universo fue Directores y Subdirectores, y la muestra se hizo por muestreo probabilístico para coordinadores y para docentes. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la observación mediante el cuestionario, éste constó de 39 proposiciones tipo Likert, fue validado por cinco expertos y luego se aplicó a 20 sujetos con el mismo perfil de la muestra, y su confiabilidad fue calculada mediante el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo un resultado de 0,98. Así, los resultados fueron contrastados con las teorías utilizadas y fundamentaron la propuesta de un plan de acción en gestión de competencias gerenciales para Directores de media general.

Abstract:
The general objective of the study is to propose an Action Plan in Management of Managerial Competences for Directors of general high school, in the Municipality of San Francisco. It was theoretically based on the approaches of Alles (2008) and Gutiérrez (2011) for the variable management of managerial competencies, and as legal bases the National Constitution, Organic Law of Education (2009) and Law of the Plan of the Fatherland 2013-2019. The research is descriptive, feasible project modality. Its design corresponds to non-experimental, field, descriptive transectional research. The population is finite and accessible, it is made up of 128 subjects, the universe population was Directors and Deputy Directors, and the sample was made by probabilistic sampling for coordinators and teachers. The data collection technique was observation through the questionnaire, which consisted of 39 Likert-type propositions, was validated by five experts and then applied to 20 subjects with the same sample profile, and its reliability was calculated using the alpha coefficient. of Cronbach, obtaining a result of 0.98. Thus, the results were contrasted with the theories used and supported the proposal of an action plan in managing managerial skills for directors of general average.
