PITIRÍASE LIQUENÓIDE, DERMATOSE INCOMUM – UM RELATO DE CASO
Objetivos: relatar o caso de uma paciente portadora de Pitiríase liquenóide, cujas manifestações clínicas são variáveis. Método: as informações foram obtidas pela revisão do prontuário, entrevista com a paciente, registro fotográfico das lesões e métodos diagnósticos aos quais a paciente foi submetida e revisão de literatura. Considerações finais: o caso relatado é extremamente raro e de difícil diagnóstico, por isso, evidencia a necessidade de auxiliar demais médicos e pacientes que sofrem com a doença, além da importância dos diagnósticos diferenciais, contribuindo para melhora de qualidade de vida dos pacientes.

Abstract:
Purpose: to report the case of a patient with pityriasis lichenoides, whose clinical manifestations are variable. Methods: information was obtained by reviewing the chart, interviewing the patient, photographing the lesions and diagnostic methods the patient was submitted, and reviewing the literature. Conclusion: the case reported is extremely rare and difficult to diagnose, therefore, it highlights the need to help other doctors and patients who suffer from the disease, in addition to the importance of differential diagnosis, contributing to improve the quality of life patients.
