PINÇAS DA CIRURGIA ROBÓTICA E O IMPACTO FINANCEIRO ORIUNDO DO NÃO CUMPRIMENTO DE SUA UTILIZAÇÃO: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
As novas tecnologias utilizadas na área da saúde agregam maiores custos nos tratamentos realizados. Utilizar a auditoria dos processos como um aliado da enfermagem, busca proporcionar qualificação deste atendimento e otimização dos recursos financeiros. Desta forma, este estudo buscou relatar as experiências vivenciadas pela autora quanto ao controle e utilização de pinças da cirurgia robótica através de um levantamento retrospectivo de sua utilização identificando possíveis falhas ou defeitos e se representou algum impacto financeiro em decorrência disso. A amostra foi constituída por fichas de 405 procedimentos cirúrgicos realizados com os Sistema Robótico no período de 5 anos e com as planilhas de controles das pinças cirúrgicas. Buscou-se, também, subsídios bibliográficos pelas bases de dados SciElo (Scientific Eletronic Library Online), PubMed e Medline e outros meios de pesquisa, os artigos foram selecionados a partir do ano de 2000. Foram utilizados os descritores: auditoria, auditoria em enfermagem, cirurgia robótica, enfermagem em cirurgia robótica. Totalizando 13 artigos. Através do estudo foi possível identificar a escassez de trabalhos sobre o assunto e identificou-se um percentual de pinças cirúrgicas que apresentavam problemas e, consequentemente, utilizações inferiores àquelas recomendadas pelo fabricante.

Abstract:
The new technologies used in the health area add higher costs in the treatments performed. Using process audit as an ally of nursing, seeks to provide qualification of this service and optimization of financial resources. In this way, this study sought to report on the experiences of the author regarding the control and use of robotic surgery tweezers through a retrospective survey of their use, identifying possible defects or defects and representing some financial impact as a result. The sample consisted of 405 surgical procedures performed with the Robotic System over a period of 5 years and with the surgical tweezers control sheets. We also searched bibliographical sources for the Scientific Electronic Library Online, PubMed and Google Scholar databases and other research resources. The articles were selected from the year 2000. The following descriptors were used: audit, audit in nursing, robotic surgery, robotic surgery nursing. Totaling 13 articles. Through the study it was possible to identify the scarcity of works on the subject and a percentage was identified that had surgical claws that presented problems and, consequently, inferior uses to those recommended by the manufacturer.
