PET-SAÚDE/GRADUASUS: CONTRIBUIÇÃO PARA A FORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA EM FISIOTERAPIA
A criação do Sistema Único de
Saúde (SUS) em conjunto com as mudanças
demográficas e epidemiológicas produziram
a necessidade da modificação na formação
profissional, de modo a fortalecer o sistema
e corresponder as demandas da população.
O Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para
a Saúde (PET-Saúde) tem como objetivo
auxiliar neste processo, sendo o fio condutor
da integração ensino-serviço-comunidade. Em
2016, os cursos de Fisioterapia e Medicina
da Universidade Federal de Goiás – Regional
Jataí foram contemplados com o edital
PET-Saúde/GraduaSUS e desenvolveram
atividades individuais e integradoras. Desta
forma, o presente trabalho trata-se de um relato
de experiência que objetivou apresentar as
contribuições e influências do PET-Saúde para
a formação acadêmica dos participantes. O
relato foi realizado utilizando-se as percepções
dos acadêmicos petianos e os registros das
atas das reuniões do PET-Saúde. O programa
promoveu principalmente a ampliação da
visão dos acadêmicos a respeito de sua futura
profissão, enfatizando sua essencialidade
na atenção básica; permitiu o diagnóstico
de problemas de saúde do município, bem como a refletir sobre suas possíveis
resolutividades; conhecer o ambiente de trabalho e trabalhadores do SUS; possibilitou
ainda o conhecimento das Novas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais e de Sistemas de
Informação em Saúde. O Programa PET contribuiu positivamente para a formação
dos acadêmicos estimulando a atuação em todos os níveis de atenção à saúde com
um olhar crítico frente a saúde local tornando-se um pilar no fortalecimento do SUS.

Abstract:
The creation of the Unified Health System (UHS) together with the
demographic and epidemiological changes produced the need for a change in
professional training, in order to strengthen the system and respond to the demands
of the population. The Health Education Program (HEP-Health) aims to help in this
process, being the guiding thread of teaching-service-community integration. In 2016,
the Physiotherapy and Medicine courses of the Federal University of Goiás - Jataí
Regional were awarded with the HEP-Health / GraduaSUS edict and developed
individual and integrative activities. In this way, the present work is an experience
report that aimed to present the contributions and influences of the HEP-Health to the
academic formation of the participants. The report was made using the perceptions of
the Pe- teran academics and the records of the minutes of the HEP-Health meetings.
The program promoted mainly the broadening of the view of the academics regarding
their future profession, emphasizing its essentiality in basic attention; allowed the
diagnosis of health problems of the municipality, as well as to reflect on their possible
resolutions; to know the working environment and workers of UHS; made possible
the knowledge of the New National Curricular Guidelines and of Health Information
Systems. The HEP Program contributed positively to the training of the academics
stimulating the action in all the levels of attention to health with a critical look at the local
health becoming a pillar in strengthening SUS.
