PET-SAÚDE INTERPROFISSIONALIDADE E AS PRÁTICAS POPULARES DE SAÚDE: SABERES E FAZERES DESVELADOS
As Práticas Populares são sabedorias ancestrais da cultura popular do nosso país, carregadas de atitudes que atendem as expectativas sociais e emocionais pois propicia um olhar integral por levar em consideração as integridades física, social e psíquica, e não somente um ponto de vista biológico. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo fazer mapeamento das práticas tradicionais em saúde de duas comunidades rurais de Cuiabá-MT. Este trabalho é um recorte do Projeto Matricial “Práticas Culturais em Saúde: O cuidado e a educação popular em saúde na luta pela vida em uma comunidade quilombola do Estado de Mato Grosso”. Para tanto foram realizadas entrevistas com 16 pessoas de diferentes famílias indicadas pelos agentes Comunitário de Saúde. Pesquisa qualitativa, de caráter descritiva-exploratório, com entrevistas semi-estruturadas com questões em aberto. A interpretação do material coletado seguiu os ensinamentos da "análise de conteúdo". As práticas tradicionais mais usadas nas comunidades foram: Benzimento; catolicismo popular; ervas e raízes medicinais; parteira e terreiro de umbanda. Considerando outros estudos já realizados também encontramos uma carência de diálogo entre o saber popular e o saber biomédico. Destacamos que essas tradições precisam ser respeitadas, ao serem resgatadas e conhecidas.

Abstract:
Popular Practices are ancestral wisdoms of the popular culture of our country, loaded with attitudes that meet social and emotional expectations because it provides an integral look for taking into account the physical, social and psychological integrity, and not only a biological point of view. This study aimed to map the traditional health practices of two rural communities in Cuiabá-MT. This work is an excerpt from the Matrix Project “Cultural Practices in Health: Care and popular health education in the struggle for life in a quilombola community in the State of Mato Grosso”. To this end, interviews were conducted with 16 people from different families appointed by Community Health agents. Qualitative, descriptive-exploratory research, with semi-structured interviews with open questions. The interpretation of the collected material followed the teachings of "content analysis". The traditional practices most used in the communities were: benzimento; popular catholicism; medicinal herbs and roots; midwife and umbanda terreiro. Considering other studies already carried out, we also find a lack of dialogue between popular knowledge and biomedical knowledge. We emphasize that these traditions need to be respected, when they are rescued and known
