PESQUISAS CLÍNICAS NA ÁREA DE ENFERMAGEM MÉDICO CIRÚRGICA: REVISÃO BIBLIOMÉTRICA
Mapear os estudos clínicos de
enfermagem médico-cirurgico brasileiros
cadastrados na International Clinical Trials
Registry Platform. Estudo descritivo do tipo
bibliométrico, busca realizada no International
Clinical Trials Registry Platform em outubro
de 2016. Utilizou-se o checklist Preferred
Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and
Meta-Analyses para a condução da seleção
dos estudos e a coleta de informações dos
ensaios clínicos utilizou-se Consolidated
Standards of Reporting Trials, de maneira a
ressaltar as seguintes informações: critérios de
elegibilidade para participantes; as intervenções
de cada grupo; o tamanho da amostra; tipos de
randomização; tipo de cegamento; desfecho
primário e secundário, sendo selecionados
17 estudos. Os temas abordados nos estudos
foram uso de tecnologias assistenciais em
suas intervenções, destacando a utilização
do telefone como mediador; tecnologia
educacional, temática oftálmica atividade física
e intermediação no campo espiritual e a higiene
oral. Os achados mostram que as pesquisas
clínicas na área Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgico
ainda são incipientes. Sabe-se da extrema
relevância para o desenvolvimento de novas
intervenções e propostas para o cuidado clínico
de enfermagem. Neste processo, o enfermeiro
tem uma ampla seara de possibilidades de
atuação

Abstract:
Map the clinical studies of Brazilian medical and surgical nursing registered
in the International Clinical Trials Registry Platform. A descriptive study of the bibliometric
type, a search carried out at the International Clinical Trials Registry Platform in October
2016. We used the checklist Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and
Meta-Analyzes to conduct the selection of studies and the collection of information
from the clinical trials used The Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials, in order to
highlight the following information: eligibility criteria for participants; The interventions of
each group; The size of the sample; Types of randomization; Type of blinding; Primary
and secondary outcome, and 17 studies were selected. The topics addressed in the
studies were the use of assistive technologies in their interventions, highlighting the use
of the telephone as a mediator; Educational technology, thematic ophthalmic physical
activity and intermediation in the spiritual field and oral hygiene. The findings show
that clinical research in the Medical-Surgical Nursing area is still incipient. It is known
that it is extremely relevant for the development of new interventions and proposals
for clinical nursing care. In this process, the nurse has a wide range of possibilities for
acting.
