PESQUISAR UM PROCESSO DE ENSINO NA FORMAÇÃO INTEGRAL DE ENGENHEIROS AGRÍCOLAS NA PRODUÇÃO ATRAVÉS DE UMA PARTE DEMONSTRATIVA
Research is one of the pillars of every university, so it is seen as an opportunity for the teaching-learning process in Agricultural Engineering programs, so it is necessary for students to establish a cultivation of self-interest, under the model of demonstrative plot, using the methodology of an experimental design and the integration of their knowledge acquired in the classroom, to achieve a comprehensive training in the generation of knowledge, as well as the development of skills and abilities of the same profession and in this way the Institutions responsible for the training of Agricultural Engineers respond to the demands of the labor market and of society itself. On this occasion, the Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering in Production that is offered at the UAEM Zumpango University Center of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, has implemented as a comprehensive teaching model with the use of the Demonstration plot, where the student will integrate their knowledge acquired in their classrooms, and a dynamic of integral formation of theory with practice is achieved, with this it is sought that the student finds the meaning of things and manages to lower the dropout rates for not meeting their expectations.

Abstract:
La investigación es uno de los pilares de toda universidad, por lo que se ve como una oportunidad de proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje en los programas de Ingeniería Agrícola, por lo que es necesario que los alumnos establezcan un cultivo de interés propio, bajo el modelo de parcela demostrativa, utilizando las metodología de un diseño experimental y la integración de sus conocimientos adquiridos en el aula, para lograr una formación integral en la generación de conocimientos, así mismo el desarrollo de habilidades y destrezas de la misma profesión y de esta manera las instituciones responsables de la formación de Ingenieros Agrónomos den respuesta a las exigencias del mercado laboral y de la misma sociedad. En esta ocasión la Licenciatura de Ingeniero Agrónomo en Producción que se oferta en el Centro Universitario UAEM Zumpango de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, ha implementado como modelo de enseñanza integral con el uso la parcela Demostrativa, donde el alumno integrará sus conocimientos adquiridos en su aulas, y se logra una dinámica de formación integral de la teoría con la práctica, con esto se busca que el discente encuentre el sentido de las cosas y lograr abatir los índices de deserción por no cumplir sus expectativas.
