PESQUISA-AÇÃO NAS INVESTIGAÇÕES DE GERÊNCIA EM ENFERMAGEM: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Introdução: a pesquisa-ação é um método que pode contribuir para a gestão participativa desenvolvida pelo enfermeiro em seu processo de trabalho, pois, assim como as organizações, é um método dinâmico e influenciado pelas rápidas mudanças que ocorrem atualmente no mundo globalizado. Objetivo: analisar a produção científica sobre administração em enfermagem, que fez uso da pesquisa-ação como método. Método: revisão integrativa com buscas na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, Scientific Electronic Librery Online e PubMed, utilizando os termos “enfermagem”, “pesquisa-ação” e “administração” ou “gerência”. Incluíram-se: artigos on-line publicados de 2000 a 2015 na íntegra versando sobre gerência em enfermagem e usando pesquisa-ação como método. Resultados: não foram encontradas publicações internacionais, sendo a revisão composta por nove artigos que foram analisados quanto aos objetivos, à coleta/análise dos dados e aos benefícios identificados. A maioria dos estudos foi hospitalar e versava sobre competências gerenciais do enfermeiro de maneira ampla ou elegendo uma delas para aprofundamento. Conclusão: há superficialidade no rigor científico adotado nas pesquisas sobre administração em enfermagem que utilizaram a pesquisa-ação como método investigativo, recomendando-se a ampliação de sua aplicação no Brasil para que, progressivamente, possa ter maior visibilidade no exterior.

Abstract:
Introduction: action research is a method that can contribute to the participatory management developed by nurses in their work process, because, like organizations, it is a dynamic method and influenced by the rapid changes that are taking place in the globalized world. Objective: to analyze the scientific production on nursing administration, which made use of action research as a method. Method: an integrative review with searches in the Virtual Health Library, Scientific Electronic Online library and PubMed using the terms "nursing", "action research" and "administration" or "management". Were Included: articles published from 2000 to 2015 in full, online about on nursing management and using action research as a method. Results: international publications were not found, and the review consisted of nine articles that were analyzed for the objectives, the collection / data analysis and the identified benefits. Most of the studies were hospital and this questionnaire about managerial skills of the nurse broadly or electing one of them to deepen. Conclusion: there is superficiality in scientific rigor adopted in research on nursing administration that used the action research as an investigative method, recommending the expansion of its application in our country so that, gradually, may have greater visibility abroad.
