PERSPECTIVAS E APLICABILIDADES DO HABEAS DATA NA INTERNET
O presente artigo trata do instituto do Habeas Data, e, para tanto, analisa o contexto de seu surgimento e atribuições a ele reservadas por lei. Discute a questão da efetividade do referido instituto enquanto remédio constitucional na defesa da privacidade e de dados pessoais dos impetrantes. Aponta as eventuais falhas e deficiências das leis que o regulam, bem como quais as perspectivas para o seu emprego. No aspecto metodológico utiliza-se da pesquisa bibliográfica, assim como da legislação e doutrina pertinentes de forma que se possa dar ao instituto novas perspectivas de cabimento e validade.

Abstract:
This article deals with the Habeas Data Institute, and thereunto part of the context of its development and goes through the attributions reserved by law. It analyzes the question of the effectiveness of this institute and defenses of privacy and the personal data of the impetrates. It points out the possible shortcomings and deficiencies of the laws that regulate it, as well as the prospects for its application. It intends, therefore, to be a propositional article. In the methodological aspect, bibliographical research on the subject was used, as well as in legislation and doctrine in a way that could be able to develop new perspectives of direction and validity.
