PERSPECTIVA MIGRACIONAL NO PARADOXO ENTRE A MOBILIDADE TRANSNACIONAL E A REPRESSÃO PELA SECURITIZAÇÃO NA UNIÃO EUROPEIA
A pesquisa tem como temática a
imigração na ambiência da União Europeia,
focada em dois pilares que orientam essa
busca científica: mobilidade transnacional
e securitização migracional. A formulação
do problema de pesquisa converge para a
interrogação em relação à livre circulação de
pessoas ou o controle das fronteiras. Esse
questionamento remete para a hipótese da
existência de conflitos imigratórios nessa
região. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é analisar
se os regramentos e interpretação dos Paísesmembros
da União Europeia primam pela
mobilidade transnacional ou aplicam a política
de securitização migracional. O método utilizado
para a abordagem da temática foi o indutivo
por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica. Diante da
permissividade de mobilidade, é imprescindível
apontar que as políticas de imigração foram
se revestindo de conteúdo que primasse pela
segurança jurídica dos nacionais, culminando
com a securitização migracional a partir da
externalização do controle migratório através
de leis e Tratados, impedindo a permanência
no país migrado.

Abstract:
The research has as its theme
immigration in the ambience of the European
Union, focused on two pillars that guide this
scientific search: transnational mobility and
migratory securitization. The formulation of the
research problem converges on the question
of free movement of persons or border control.
This question refers to the hypothesis of the
existence of immigration conflicts in this region.
The general objective of the research is to
analyze whether the rules and interpretation
of European Union member countries excel
at transnational mobility or apply the policy of migratory securitization. The method
used to approach the theme was inductive through bibliographic research. Given the
permissiveness of mobility, it is essential to point out that immigration policies were
becoming content that stood out for the legal security of nationals, culminating with
migratory securitization from the externalization of migration control through laws and
treaties, preventing the stay in the migrated country.
