PERSISTÊNCIA DE SINTOMAS E ACHADOS TOMOGRÁFICOS NA COVID-19
Objetivo: Relatar caso de paciente COVID positivo cujas alterações em TC de tórax e permanência de sintomas foram característicos e comparar o caso com a literatura científica atual por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica. Métodos: A revisão de literatura foi feita nas bases de dados SCIELO, PUBMED, BVS de artigos publicados em 2020 e 2021, em inglês, português e alemão, pesquisando as palavras chaves covid, tomografia, sintomas e gravidade. Resultados: Mulher, 47 anos, com dispnéia aos esforços e hiporexia após quadro de COVID. Apresenta tomografia de tórax com achados compatíveis com pneumonia por COVID aproximadamente 1 mês após a infecção. Considerações finais: A COVID-19 é uma doença emergente cuja produção científica evolui diariamente. Atualmente, o uso da TC de tórax é considerado uma ferramenta importante para auxílio diagnóstico como para esclarecer casos mais graves. Pontua-se também que existem diversos relatos sobre persistência de sintomas relacionados a essa doença mas, muito pouco ainda se sabe sobre sua possível duração e consequências a longo prazo.

Abstract:
Objective: To report a case of a positive COVID patient whose changes in chest CT and symptom permanence were characteristic and to compare the case with the current scientific literature through a literature review. Methods: The literature review was carried out in the SCIELO, PUBMED, VHL databases of articles published in 2020 and 2021, in English, Portuguese and German, searching for the keywords covid, tomography, symptoms and severity. Results: Female, 47 years old, with dyspnea on exertion and hyporexia after COVID. Presents chest tomography with findings compatible with COVID pneumonia approximately 1 month after infection. Final considerations: COVID-19 is an emerging disease whose scientific production evolves daily. Currently, the use of chest CT is considered an important tool for diagnostic assistance as well as for clarifying more severe cases. It is also pointed out that there are several reports on the persistence of symptoms related to this disease, but very little is known about its possible duration and long-term consequences.
