PERFIL SOCIODEMOGRÁFICO E OCUPACIONAL, TURNO DE TRABALHO E QUALIDADE DE VIDA DE PROFISISONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM
Nesse estudo, analisou-se o perfil sociodemográfico e ocupacional, o turno de trabalho e a qualidade de vida de profissionais de enfermagem. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, transversal e qualitativa, envolvendo 55 profissionais de equipe de enfermagem de um hospital público do Noroeste do Mato Grosso. Para a coleta, utilizou-se um formulário para caracterização sociodemográfica e ocupacional e o WHOQOL- BREF. Os dados foram digitados no Microsoft Excel e analisados no Statistical Analisys System e Statistica(SPSS). Observou-se o predomínio de profissionais do sexo feminino (94%), com idade média de 37 anos, que residem com a família (88%), que tem filhos (80%), casados (44%) e com união estável (44%). Ainda, houve predomínio de técnicos de enfermagem (88%), que atuam no centro cirúrgico (16%), concursados (60%), com um vinculo empregatício (58%), com jornada diária de 12 horas (86%), carga horária semanal de 12/36 horas (52%), com férias regularizadas (54%), que atuam entre 0 e 5 anos no serviço (48%) e trabalham no período diurno (50%). Os profissionais apresentam alta qualidade de vida geral (60%), sendo a maior QV verificada no domínio Relações Sociais e a menor no Ambiente. Sugere-se a realização de novas pesquisas sobre o tema, pois os profissionais de enfermagem convivem diariamente com os fatores que contribuem negativamente para a sua qualidade de vida.

Abstract:
In this study, the sociodemographic and occupational profile, work shift and quality of life of nursing professionals were analyzed. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional and qualitative research involving 55 nursing team professionals from a public hospital in the Northwest of Mato Grosso. For the collection, a form was used for sociodemographic and occupational characterization and the WHOQOL- BREF. The data were entered in Microsoft Excel and analyzed in the Statistical Analisys System and Statistica (SPSS). There was a predominance of female professionals (94%), with a mean age of 37 years, who live with the family (88%), who have children (80%), married (44%) and with stable union (44%). In addition, there was a predominance of nursing technicians (88%), who work in the operating room (16%), working in a public sector (60%), with an employment link (58%), with a daily work of 12 hours (86%), weekly workload of 12/36 hours (52%), with regularized vacations (54%), who work between 0 and 5 years in the service (48%) and work during the day (50%). Professionals have a high overall quality of life (60%), with the highest QoL verified in the Social Relations domain and the lowest in the environment. It is suggested to conduct new research on the subject, because nursing professionals live daily with factors that contribute negatively to their quality of life.
