PERFIL OBSTÉTRICO DE PUÉRPERAS ASSISTIDAS EM UMA MATERNIDADE FILANTRÓPICA DE UM MUNICÍPIO DO SUL DO BRASIL
Objetivo: descrever o perfil obstétrico de puérperas assistidas em uma maternidade filantrópica. Método: estudo descritivo, transversal, com abordagem quantitativa realizado com 60 puérperas hospitalizadas em uma maternidade filantrópica de um município do sul do Brasil. Foi aplicado um formulário semiestruturado após assinatura do termo de consentimento ou assentimento livre e esclarecido, para estudo das variáveis sobre o perfil obstétrico, aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná sob parecer 3.510.196. Resultados: das entrevistadas 48 (80,0%) tiveram o parto por via cirúrgica (cesariana), 50 (83,3%) dos recém-nascidos nasceram com o peso entre 2,501kg a 3,999kg. Em relação a idade gestacional para o parto 35 (58,3%) estavam entre 38 e 40 semanas. Das mães investigadas 42 (70,0%) não tiveram intercorrências durante a gestação, das 16 (26,6%) que apresentaram intercorrências gestacionais a de maior prevalência foi Hipertensão Gestacional 07 (43,7%). Conclusão: foi possível observar que a maioria dos recém-nascidos nasceram por cesariana, peso adequado e a termo. Poucas participantes relataram apresentar intercorrências durante a gestação, porém ainda, 26,67% apresentaram algum tipo de intercorrência e a de maior prevalência foi Hipertensão Gestacional.

Abstract:
Objective: to describe the obstetric profile of puerpera assisted in a philanthropic maternity hospital. Method: a descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach carried out with 60 puerperal women hospitalized in a philanthropic maternity hospital in a municipality in southern Brazil. A semi-structured form was applied after signing the consent form or free and informed consent, to study the variables on the obstetric profile, approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Northern Paraná under opinion 3,510,196. Results: of the interviewees, 48 (80.0%) had a surgical delivery (cesarean section), 50 (83.3%) of the newborns were born weighing between 2.50 kg and 3.999 kg. Regarding gestational age for delivery 35 (58.3%) were between 38 and 40 weeks. Of the mothers investigated, 42 (70.0%) had no complications during pregnancy, of the 16 (26.6%) who had gestational complications, the most prevalent was Gestational Hypertension 07 (43.7%). Conclusion: it was possible to observe that the majority of newborns were born by cesarean section, adequate weight and at term. Few participants reported having complications during pregnancy, but still, 26.67% had some type of complications and the most prevalent was Gestational Hypertension.
