PERCEPÇÕES SOBRE OS FENÔMENOS DA INFORMALIDADE E SEUS PARES PRECARIZAÇÃO E FLEXIBILIZAÇÃO: UMA ANÁLISE EM CONSTRUÇÃO SOBRE O TRABALHO NAS PLATAFORMAS DIGITAIS NO CONTEXTO BRASILEIRO.
Este ensaio esboça uma análise sobre o trabalho digital nas plataformas de aplicativos no Brasil. Pautei-me pelas ferramentas teóricas já estabelecidas e abordagens teóricas multidimensionais do fenômeno da precariedade, ancoradas também nas formas polissêmicas do tema da informalidade e diferentes interpretações no tempo histórico e conjunturas. Aspectos da reestruturação produtiva de décadas anteriores, da conformação das propostas econômicas, políticas e ideológicas dos últimos quase 40 anos, e os tipos de precariedades delas resultantes, são chaves para o entendimento de campos de disputa na acumulação de capital financeiro e dos novos mundos do trabalho. Do mesmo modo como para entender a maior precariedade nas formas de produção e reprodução da vida. Após a introdução, o texto alude de forma sucinta às interpretações governamentais sobre a modernização econômica e seus impactos no trabalho. Em uma segunda seção as noções de informalidade e precariedade estão tratadas em suas adjetivações e ressignificações inspiradas pela leitura de Machado da Silva (2001) e na literatura especializada de Ricardo Antunes sobre trabalho. Recorri às instigantes e pesquisa e resultados analíticos apresentados pelos textos contemporâneos de ABILIO(2019), KREIN (2020) e PIRES (2017). Concluo, por fim, que o trabalho na plataforma digital possui e mantém a lógica e renova dinâmicas da precariedade.

Abstract:
This essay outlines an analysis of digital work on application platforms in Brazil. I was guided by the theoretical tools already established and multidimensional theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of precariousness, also anchored in the polysemic forms of the theme of informality and different interpretations in historical time and conjunctures. Aspects of the productive restructuring of previous decades, of the conformation of the economic, political and ideological proposals of the last almost 40 years, and the types of precariousness resulting from them, are keys to understanding the fields of dispute in the accumulation of financial capital and the new worlds of work. In the same way as to understand the greater precariousness in the forms of production and reproduction of life. After the introduction, the text succinctly alludes to government interpretations of economic modernization and its impacts on work. In a second section, the notions of informality and precariousness are dealt with in their adjectives and resignifications inspired by the reading of Machado da Silva (2001) and the specialized literature of Ricardo Antunes on work. I resorted to the thought-provoking research and analytical results presented by contemporary texts by ABILIO (2019), KREIN (2020) and PIRES (2017). Finally, I conclude that work on the digital platform has and maintains the logic and renews dynamics of precariousness.
