PERCEPÇÃO MATERNA SOBRE A ATUAÇÃO DA EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL NA FORMAÇÃO DO VÍNCULO MÃE/FILHO
Introdução: a hospitalização impõe às mães de prematuro uma separação que as incapacita de desempenhar suas funções maternas, ficando o bebê aos cuidados da equipe das Unidades Neonatais. Não dispondo de um preparo emocional e biológico prévio que capacite essas mulheres a vivenciar esse momento de crise sem prejuízos para si e seu bebê, resulta em comprometimento no processo de vinculação mãe-bebê, contexto que deve ser observado e trabalhado pela equipe multidisciplinar que constitui uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. Objetivo: conhecer a percepção das mães sobre a atuação multiprofissional na formação do vínculo mãe-filho. Metodologia: estudo qualitativo, realizado com mães de bebês prematuros internados em unidades neonatais, tendo como instrumento de coleta um questionário semiestruturado composto por aspectos socioeconômico e questões específicas acerca do tema. Os resultados foram analisados a partir do método de Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: as mães investigadas tinham idade entre 23 e 33 anos, com baixo nível socioeconômico, relataram não ter feito uso de teratógenos na gravidez, contudo algumas destacam a ocorrência de infecções na gravidez. Através dos resultados emergiram três categorias de análise: “A internação do bebê”, “A equipe que cuida do seu filho”, “Vínculo mãe-filho” onde concluímos que essas mães foram abaladas com a internação dos filhos, que muitas não tem conhecimento da equipe multiprofissional e que a separação precoce imposta pela internação interfere no vínculo com seu filho. Conclusão: a mãe por ser a principal cuidadora da criança tem o direito de saber com que situação está lidando, entretanto, notou-se que as mães não têm o conhecimento satisfatório sobre a equipe multiprofissional e quais procedimentos e condutas são realizados com o seu filho.

Abstract:
Introduction: hospitalization imposes on mothers of premature infants a separation that disables them from performing their maternal functions, leaving the baby in the care of the neonatal unit team. Not having a previous emotional and biological preparation that empower these women to experience this moment of crisis without harm to themselves and their baby, results in commitment in the process of mother-baby bonding, a context that must be observed and worked on by the multidisciplinary team that constitutes a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Objective: to know the perception of mothers about multiprofessional performance in the formation of the mother-child bond. Methodology: a qualitative study conducted with mothers of premature babies hospitalized in neonatal units, using as a collection instrument a semi-structured questionnaire composed of socioeconomic aspects and specific questions about the subject. The results were analyzed using the Content Analysis method. Results: the mothers investigated were aged between 23 and 33 years, with low socioeconomic status, reported not having used teratogens during pregnancy, however some highlight the occurrence of infections during pregnancy. Through the results emerged three categories of analysis: "The hospitalization of the baby", "The team that takes care of their child", "Mother-child bond" where we conclude that these mothers were shaken by the hospitalization of their children, that many are not aware of the multidisciplinary team and that the early separation imposed by hospitalization interferes in the bond with their child. Conclusion: the mother being the main caregiver of the child has the right to know what situation she is dealing with, however, it was noticed that mothers do not have satisfactory knowledge about the multidisciplinary team and what procedures and conducts are performed with their child.
