PERCEPÇÃO DOS MEMBROS DE UMA LIGA ACADÊMICA FRENTE AO ACESSO À SAÚDE NA ALDEIA INDÍGENA PAITER SURUÍ: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A Política Nacional de Atenção à Saúde dos Povos Indígenas visa garantir o acesso à atenção integral à saúde aos indígenas, conforme os princípios e diretrizes do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), atentando-se a diversidade cultural, social, geográfica, histórica e política, com intuito de melhorar as causas que os tornam população vulnerável aos agravos à saúde. Este estudo se propôs a descrever a experiência vivenciada durante uma visita à Aldeia Paiter Suruí em Cacoal/RO, sendo um estudo descritivo, na modalidade de relato de experiência. A ação foi desenvolvida por acadêmicos do 8º e 7º períodos do curso de enfermagem, juntamente com a Liga Acadêmica Interdisciplinar em Pediatria (LACIP), no qual foi realizada uma roda de conversa onde fazia-se questionamentos e o indígena responsável por liderar a visita sanava dúvidas dos acadêmicos em relação à vivência indígena. Sendo assim, verificou-se a existência de situações geradoras de mudanças na sociedade indígena, que por sua relação mais próxima com a população não indígena trouxeram profundas repercussões no campo da saúde com a ocorrência de doenças como tuberculose, infecções respiratórias, hipertensão, diabetes entre outros problemas que vêm aumentando progressivamente. Com o agravo de algumas doenças e a necessidade de um tratamento especializado, os índios relatam dificuldade de locomoção aos hospitais, uma vez que habitam regiões distantes, com difícil acesso. Apesar de haver uma unidade de assistência à saúde na aldeia. O trabalho favoreceu aos acadêmicos o contato com a cultura e maior compreensão do acesso à saúde na aldeia indígena.

Abstract:
The National Policy on Health Care for Indigenous Peoples aims to guarantee access to comprehensive health care for indigenous peoples, in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the Unified Health System (SUS), taking into account cultural, social, geographical, historical and political diversity. , in order to improve the causes that make the population vulnerable to health problems. This study aimed to describe the experience lived during a visit to Aldeia Paiter Suruí in Cacoal / RO, being a descriptive study, in the form of experience report. the action was developed by academics from the 8th and 7th periods of the nursing course, together with the Interdisciplinary Academic League in Pediatrics (LACIP), in which a conversation was held where questions were asked and the indigenous responsible for leading the visit answered questions of academics in relation to indigenous experience. With the aggravation of some diseases and the need for specialized treatment, the Indians report difficulty in getting to hospitals, since they live in distant regions, with difficult access. Although there is a health care unit in the village. The work favored academics contact with culture and greater understanding of access to health in the indigenous village.
