PERCEPÇÃO DE USUÁRIOS E PROFISSIONAIS ACERCA DAS INFECÇÕES SEXUALMENTE TRANSMISSÍVEIS E A REALIZAÇÃO DO TESTE RÁPIDO
INTRODUÇÃO: As Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (IST) se mantem como problema de saúde pública mundial, visto que as taxas de contaminação dessas patologias seguem sendo uma preocupação global. OBJETIVO: Mapear através da literatura vigente sobre percepção de usuários e profissionais da saúde sobre estigmas relacionados infecções sexualmente transmissíveis na Atenção Primária à Saúde. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada por meio da SCIELO, MEDLINE e LILACS, visando explorar através da fundamentação teórica em livros, manuais, revistas e artigos científicos sobre o estigma de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis na Atenção Básica. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Os estudos evidenciam que os testes rápidos são fundamentais para a detecção precoce de IST’s, portanto, há a necessidade de torna-lo uma rotina na população, assim o prognostico de casos positivos se fará muito mais eficiente. Muitos casos de HIV, Sífilis, Hepatite B e C poderiam ter sido evitadas se todos tivessem o costume de realizar TR quando necessário. Precisa-se trazer isso para a população, através de educação continuada e permanente, serviços voltados para a comunidade, palestras, folders. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: O trabalho relata a importância da testagem de Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis na Atenção Básica, pois os testes rápidos são uma estratégia de prevenção no que tange a transmissão das doenças, com um diagnóstico precoce e um tratamento certo poderá haver uma diminuição da morbidade e mortalidade causada por doenças como HIV, hepatites virais e sífilis.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) remain a global public health problem, since the contamination rates of these pathologies continue to be a global concern. OBJECTIVE: To map through the current literature on the perception of users and health professionals about stigmas related to sexually transmitted infections in Primary Health Care. METHODOLOGY: This is an integrative review carried out through SCIELO, MEDLINE and LILACS, aiming to explore through the theoretical foundation in books, manuals, magazines and scientific articles on the stigma of sexually transmitted infections in Primary Care. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Studies show that rapid tests are essential for the early detection of STIs, so there is a need to make it a routine in the population, so the prognosis of positive cases will be much more efficient. Many cases of HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C could have been avoided if everyone had the habit of performing RT when necessary. It is necessary to bring this to the population, through continued and permanent education, services aimed at the community, lectures, folders. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The work reports the importance of testing Sexually Transmitted Infections in Primary Care, as rapid tests are a prevention strategy regarding the transmission of diseases, with an early diagnosis and correct treatment, there may be a decrease in morbidity and mortality caused by diseases such as HIV, viral hepatitis and syphilis.
