PERCEPÇÃO DAS MÃES DE BEBÊS PREMATUROS SOBRE AMAMENTAÇÃO: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Apesar de todos os benefícios da amamentação, as mães de bebês prematuros enfrentam muitas dificuldades durante esse processo. Conhecer a percepção das mães de bebês prematuros acerca da amamentação. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada a coleta no mês de maio de 2020. Realizou-se a busca nas bases de dados LILACS), MEDLINE, SCIELO, PubMed e BDENF, sendo usado os descritores em saúde (DeCS): “Aleitamento Materno”, “Recém-Nascido Prematuro” e “Relações Mãe-Filho”, e os do Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) foram "Breast Feeding" "Infant, Premature" e "Mother-Child Relations". A amostra foi composta por 11 artigos. Evidenciou-se que as mães de bebês prematuro atribuem ao leite materno o poder de recuperação e desenvolvimento dos seus filhos, além de fortalecer o vínculo entre mãe e filho, no entanto, muitas dificuldades são enfrentadas diante da prematuridade. A amamentação na prematuridade tem aspectos relacionados a fatores psicossociais como sentimentos negativos de tristeza e ansiedade, fatores relacionados à mãe como os problemas mamários e retorno ao trabalho, e fatores relacionados ao neonato como a sonolência, o reflexo de sucção imaturo e o uso de sondas. Frente ao exposto percebe-se a necessidade de abordar a mãe de forma holística, dando ênfase a seus sentimentos, suas dúvidas e dificuldades, visando compreender o que cada uma enfrenta e buscar junto a ela maneiras de vencer essas barreiras. Logo, a equipe de enfermagem da UTIN desempenha função primordial no apoio a essas mães, buscando deixá-las informadas, seguras e empoderadas para amamentar.

Abstract:
Despite all the benefits of breastfeeding, mothers of premature babies face many difficulties during this process. To know the perception of mothers of premature babies about breastfeeding. This is an integrative review carried out on the collection in May 2020. The search was performed in the databases LILACS), MEDLINE, SCIELO, PubMed and BDENF, using the health descriptors (DeCS): “ Breastfeeding ”,“ Newborn Premature ”and“ Mother-Child Relations ”, and those from Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) were" Breastfeeding "" Infant, Premature "and" Mother-Child Relations ". The sample consisted of 11 articles. It became evident that mothers of premature babies attribute to their milk the power of recovery and development of their children, in addition to strengthening the bond between mother and child, however, many difficulties are faced in the face of prematurity. Breastfeeding in prematurity has aspects related to psychosocial factors such as negative feelings of sadness and anxiety, factors related to the mother such as breast problems and return to work, and factors related to the neonate such as drowsiness, the immature sucking reflex and the use of tubes. In view of the above, it is perceived the need to approach the mother holistically, emphasizing her feelings, doubts and difficulties, in order to understand what each one faces and to seek ways with her to overcome these barriers. Therefore, the NICU nursing team plays a key role in supporting these mothers, seeking to keep them informed, safe and empowered to breastfeed.
