PÊNFIGO VULGAR: DO DIAGNÓSTICO AO TRATAMENTO MULTIDISCIPLINAR NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE
A APS (Atenção Primária à Saúde) é onde geralmente acontece o primeiro contato dos pacientes com o sistema de saúde e é o local onde se encontram equipes multiprofissionais que tem capacidade para a resolução de grande parte dos problemas de saúde da população. O Pênfigo Vulgar (PV) é uma doença com risco de vida, por isso o reconhecimento e tratamento precoce são fundamentalmente necessários para atingir um prognóstico favorável, por isso a equipe multidisciplinar da APS deve estar atenta para este momento oportuno. O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar uma revisão narrativa sobre pênfigo vulgar delineando a importância de um diagnóstico precoce e intervenção multiprofissional na APS. Foram selecionados artigos na base de dados do PUBMED utilizando o termo “Pemphigus Vulgaris” publicados nos últimos 5 anos (2015-2020), tendo como critérios de inclusão artigos científicos que abordassem a relevância do seu conteúdo para o presente artigo. A equipe de profissionais da APS tem responsabilidade de se envolver com o caso, desde médicos, enfermeiros e cirurgiões-dentistas que são os profissionais responsáveis pelo primeiro contato com os pacientes com PV e seu tratamento, até os agentes de saúde também podem ajudar no acompanhamento do caso e apoio ao paciente. Esse acompanhamento é necessário devido ser comum ajustes da dose ou mudança de medicamentos de acordo com a resposta ao tratamento, sendo indicado também proservação a longo prazo em função de recidivas. A partir dos artigos levantados nesta pesquisa, é considerado fundamental o trabalho em equipe na APS e seu conhecimento para suspeitar de lesões na cavidade oral e seu conhecimento para saber qual o caminho correto a trilhar no serviço de saúde para diagnosticar o caso de forma precoce.

Abstract:
Primary Health Care (PHC) is where patients' first contact with the health system and usually takes place and is the place where multiprofessional teams are able to solve most of the population's health problems. Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV) is a life-threatening disease, so early recognition and treatment are fundamentally necessary to achieve a favorable prognosis, so the PHC multidisciplinary team must be attentive to this opportune moment. The objective of this work was to carry out a narrative review about pemphigus vulgaris, outlining the importance of an early diagnosis and multiprofessional intervention in PHC. Articles were selected from PUBMED database using the term “Pemphigus Vulgaris” published in the last 5 years (2015-2020), with the inclusion criteria of scientific articles with relevance content for this article. The PHC team of professionals has the responsibility to involve with the case, from doctors, nurses and dentists who are the professionals responsible for the first contact with patients with PV and with his treatment, to health agents that can also help in the treatment monitoring and supporting the patient. This follow-up is necessary because dose adjustments or medication changes are common according to the response to treatment, and long-term accompaniment because of the recurrences. From the articles surveyed in this research, teamwork in PHC is essential and their knowledge to suspect lesions in the oral cavity and their knowledge to know the correct path to take in the health service to diagnose the case early.
