PATRIMÔNIO INDUSTRIAL E ECONOMIA CRIATIVA: CONVERGÊNCIAS
O resgate do Patrimônio Industrial,
por meio de iniciativas recentes que tiveram
lugar em Lisboa, constitui o objetivo do
presente artigo. Em uma leitura que transita
entre os teóricos do referido assunto e
instrumentos estratégicos governamentais, o
artigo procura apresentar casos de sucesso
na retomada de edificações exauridas de sua
função inicial: a indústria. A primeira parte do
artigo apresenta uma breve reflexão acerca do
patrimônio enquanto condição resultante de
uma sobreposição de camadas da sociedade
ao longo dos anos. A segunda parte do texto
contempla o arco de tempo entre o terremoto de
1755 e o ano de 2013, quando do lançamento
do plano LX 2020 que traça as estratégias no
quadro comunitário para o período 2014-2020.
Na terceira parte, o artigo relaciona o resgate
do Patrimônio Industrial da região de Alcântara
com a Economia Criativa e, como conclusão, o
processo de transformação na região.

Abstract:
The rescue of Industrial Heritage,
through recent initiatives that took place in
Lisbon, is the purpose of this Article. In a reading
that moves from the theoretical to that subject
and government policy tools , the article seeks
to present success stories in the resumption
of buildings emptied of its original function: the
industry. The first part of the article presents
a brief reflection on the heritage as condition
resulting from a superposition of layers of
society over the years. The second section
covers the span of time between the earthquake
of 1755 and the year 2013 , when the launch of
the LX 2020 plan outlines the strategies in the
Community framework for the period 2014-2020
. In the third part , the article relates the rescue
of Industrial Heritage in Alcântara by Creative
Economy and, as conclusion, its transformation.
