PATOLOGIAS NA ESTRUTURA DA ESCOLA TÉCNICA ESTADUAL ARLINDO FERREIRA DOS SANTOS
Há uma grande necessidade no
mercado da construção civil em praticar inspeções
nas edificações, que devem ser realizadas
constantemente e contribuem na geração de
um panorama da situação quanto às questões
patológicas nas estruturas. As metodologias
de inspeção vêm sendo desenvolvidas com
o objetivo de implantar processos de vistoria
para manutenção periódica em estruturas,
priorizando preliminarmente as possíveis
intervenções necessárias nas patologias
presentes na obra. Nesse contexto, essa
pesquisa foi empreendida na edificação pública
de ensino, a Escola Técnica Estadual Arlindo
Ferreira dos Santos, no município de Sertânia/
PE, com o intuito de explorar nessa área, as
principais manifestações patológicas, como
fissuras, manchas, recalques, eflorescências
etc, contribuindo com o mapeamento dos
problemas, observando a gravidade destes, as
formas de prevenção e incentivando a prática
de inspeções regulares. Foram realizados
diversos registros fotográficos, bem como,
uma pesquisa minuciosa em obras literárias e
artigos acerca do tema. No mapeamento das
manifestações detectou-se um número maior de
eflorescências e fissuras em relação às outras
patologias encontradas na edificação. Essas
anomalias não comprometem a parte estrutural
ainda, mas, caso não haja uma intervenção em
certo período de tempo, poderão comprometer
a segurança do edifício e de pessoas que ali se
encontram diariamente.

Abstract:
In the construction market, it is very
important to carry out inspections in buildings on
a regular basis because regarding pathological
issues in structures, these inspections
contribute to the generation of an overview of
the situation. Inspection methodologies are
being developed with the objective of implanting
inspection processes for periodic maintenance
in structures, prioritizing preliminarily the possible interventions in the pathologies
found in the work. In this context, this research was carried out in the State Technical
School “Arlindo Ferreira dos Santos” in the city of Sertânia / PE, with the objective
of exploring in this area the main pathological manifestations, such as fissures,
stains, efflorescences and so on. We wanted to contribute with the mapping of the
problems, their severities, the forms of prevention and we also aimed at encouraging
the execution of regular inspections in the building. Several photographic records were
made as well as a detailed research in literary works and articles on the subject. In the
mapping of the manifestations a greater number of efflorescences and fissures were
detected in relation to the other pathologies found in the building. These anomalies do
not compromise the structural part yet, but if there is not an intervention within a certain
period of time, they may compromise not only the safety of the building but also the
people who are there on a daily basis.
