Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyze the implications of entrepreneurship and management of micro, small, and medium-sized family businesses in Nayarit. Documentary and descriptive research will be used as the basis for the study. Case studies will be used for data collection, with an emphasis on field research. The information will be obtained from a survey of a sample of 32 family businesses in the capital, some towns, and municipalities in the state, presenting results and conclusions that show the landscape of these businesses.
