PALESTRAS DE SENSIBILIZAÇÃO SOBRE CULTURA DE SEGURANÇA EM UM HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Este trabalho relata a experiência
de acadêmicas de enfermagem em palestras
de sensibilização sobre cultura de segurança
do paciente em um hospital universitário de
Manaus. Utilizou-se como base a metodologia
problematizadora do Arco de Charles Maguerez,
composto por 5 etapas. A experiência pôde ser
avaliada como positiva, tendo em vista a reação
dos profissionais com questionamentos frente
a atitudes e comportamentos no ambiente de
trabalho. A educação permanente pôde ser
trabalha com a equipe de saúde e colaboradores
do serviço.

Abstract:
This paper reports the experience
of nursing academics in lectures to raise
awareness about patient safety culture in a
university hospital in Manaus. The problematic
methodology of the Arch of Charles Maguerez,
composed of 5 stages, was used as base. The
experience could be evaluated as positive,
in view of the reaction of professionals with
questions about attitudes and behaviors in
the workplace. Continuing education might be
working with the health team and service staff.
