PAISAGEM URBANA E IMPACTO DE VIZINHANÇA: CONSEQUÊNCIAS DA INSERÇÃO DE UM EDIFÍCIO NO ESPAÇO URBANO
Impactos são efeitos provocados
em alguma coisa ou lugar, a partir de uma ação,
tornando-se seus reflexos diretos ou indiretos.
Quando produzem mudanças na paisagem
da cidade, tais efeitos são quase sempre
percebidos positivamente. Compreendendo a
paisagem urbana como ambiente resultante da
técnica, sendo esta um meio de transformação
e construção, o texto apresenta uma análise
das interferências ocorridas no espaço urbano,
em função da inserção de um shopping center
e pela observação das alterações visuais
e estruturais na paisagem de seu entorno.
Inicialmente, para efeito de comparação,
foram utilizadas imagens aéreas obtidas de
fonte digital – tomando períodos anteriores
e posteriores à construção do edifício, e
fotos captadas em três áreas específicas,
localizadas em pontos determinados, que foram
diretamente modificados em sua configuração
territorial e sua infraestrutura, assim como
em sua paisagem. Utilizando o conceito de
“impacto de vizinhança”, a presente abordagem
trata dos impactos provocados na área do
entorno do edifício, observando a estrutura
urbana construída para favorecer sua inserção,
e ainda, as consequências relacionadas às
características de sua área de influência.

Abstract:
Impacts are effects brougth
about in something or place, from an action,
becoming their direct or indirect reflexes. When
it causes changes in the city’s landscape, such
effects are almost always perceived positively.
Understanding the urban landscape, as an
environment resulting from the technique,
being this a means of transformation and
construction, the text presents an analysis of
the interferences occurred in the urban space,
due to the insertion of a shopping center, by the
observation of the visual and structural changes
in the landscape of its surroundings. Initially, for
comparison purposes, aerial images obtained
from a digital source were used - taking periods
before and after the construction of the building.
By the same purpose, some photos captured
in three specific areas, located at determined
points, which were directly modified in their
territorial configuration and their infrastructure,
as well as in its landscape. Using the concept
of "neighborhood impact", the present approach deals with the impacts caused in the
area surrounding the building, observing the urban structure built to favor its insertion,
and also the consequences related to the characteristics of its area of influence.
