PAGAMENTO POR SERVIÇOS AMBIENTAIS: UM ESTUDO NO TERRITÓRIO DO ALTO CAMAQUÃ/RS
Os pecuaristas familiares do território do Alto Camaquã/RS têm uma relação muito intensa com o meio ambiente e problemas naturais na atuação e uso de recursos naturais. Desta maneira, este artigo buscou evidenciar as potencialidades dos serviços ambientais prestados para se construir políticas públicas de Pagamento por Serviço Ambiental (PSA) para o setor. Visto que o meio se constitui como um conjunto de inter-correlações entre ser humano e natureza, parte-se do princípio que a agricultura familiar pode constituir um processo de retroalimentação na resiliência da região. Abstract:
Family ranchers in the territory of Alto Camaquã / RS have a very intense relationship with the environment and natural problems in the performance and use of natural resources. Thus, this article sought to highlight the potential of the environmental services provided to build public policies for Payment for Environmental Services (PSA) for the sector. Since the environment is constituted as a set of inter-correlations between human beings and nature, it is assumed that family farming can constitute a feedback process in the region's resilience. This research was supported by a bibliographic and explanatory methodology.
