PACIENTES INTERNADOS EM CENTRO DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA EM USO DE PRESSÃO INTRACRANIANA E DERIVAÇÃO VENTRICULAR EXTERNA E OS CUIDADOS DE ENFERMAGEM
Introdução: A avaliação e acompanhamento neurológico são fornecidos por uma aparelhagem técnica das alterações do sistema nervoso. Monitorizar e acompanhar pacientes com alterações neurológicas é um desafio importante para toda a equipe multiprofissional, mas é através dela que obtemos dados e parametros confiáveis e necessários para a intervenção. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de revisão bibliográfica, com o tema os cuidados de enfermagem em pacientes portadores de Pressão Intracraniana (PIC) e Derivação Ventricular Externa (DVE). Objetivo: Este trabalho possui como objetivo geral descrever como a assistência de enfermagem pode influenciar na recuperação do paciente portador de PIC e DVE. Conclusão: Atualmente pode se dizer que a monitorização invasiva da PIC é um meio para guiar o tratamento da hipertensão intracraniana. E para auxiliar no tratamento, a implantação do DVE, um sistema fechado, que visa a drenagem exterior do líquido cefalorraquidiano, sendo uma grande vantagem, podendo ser um meio para a administração de drogas dentro do centro de terapia intensiva.

Abstract:
Introduction: The neurological assessment and monitoring are provided by a technical apparatus for changes in the nervous system. Monitoring patients with neurological disorders is a major challenge for the entire team, but it is through it that reliable and necessary data are obtained for the intervention. Methodology: This is a literature review study, with the theme of nursing care in patients with Intracranial Pressure (ICP) and External Ventricular Derivation (DVE). Objective: This work aims to describe how nursing care can influence the recovery of patients with PIC and DVE. Conclusion: Currently, it can be said that invasive ICP monitoring is a means to guide the treatment of intracranial hypertension. And to assist in the treatment, the implantation of the DVE, a closed system, aims at the external drainage of the cerebrospinal fluid, being a great advantage, being a means for the administration of drugs inside the intensive care center.
