OS SENTIDOS DO TRABALHO PARA PROFISSIONAIS DA SAÚDE DO CTI DE UM HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO
As pessoas dão vida e dinâmica às organizações, a subjetividade das pessoas movimenta o trabalho e as relações inerentes a ele. Na saúde, o trabalho se diferencia dos demais, principalmente, no que concerne às relações interpessoais e à subjetividade dos trabalhadores e clientes. Para que o serviço prestado seja coerente tanto com a organização quanto com os princípios dos profissionais é necessário que os trabalhadores atribuam sentidos ao trabalho. O termo sentido refere-se à compreensão da razão de ser de os profissionais realizarem seu trabalho. O objetivo desse estudo foi compreender os sentidos do trabalho para profissionais da saúde que atuam no UTI de um hospital universitário em Belo Horizonte. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa, cujos participantes foram 31 profissionais da saúde. Os dados foram coletados mediante entrevista com roteiro semiestruturado e submetidos à Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados foram elaborados considerando a perspectiva análise das dimensões do sentido do trabalho: individual, social, organizacional e fazer cotidiano. Diante de tais dimensões, percebeu-se que os profissionais atribuem sentidos ao trabalho de forma multifacetada. O trabalho é central na vida dos sujeitos, além de estar associado à vida pessoal, sendo o sentido do trabalho uma forma para que eles se constituam, reformulem e se descubram como sujeitos ativos no fazer e viver, sendo relevante na configuração identitária. A compreensão do sentido do trabalho para profissionais da saúde se articula e ressignifica o trabalho, torna-se relevante na organização do processo de trabalho e das práticas gerencias.

Abstract:
The People give life and dynamic to the organization, the subjectivity of people moving the work and relationships inherent into it. In health, the work differs from the others, especially regarding interpersonal relations and subjectivity of workers and customers. For the service provided is consistent with both the organization and the principles and values of the professional is necessary for workers to attribute the meaning of work. The term meaning refers to the understanding of the rationale to be of the professionals to do their jobs. Given the above, this study aimed to understand the meanings of work for health professionals who work in the ICU of a university hospital in Belo Horizonte. This is a qualitative study conducted in an Intensive Care Unit of a university hospital in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The subjects were 31 health professionals who worked direct in patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. Data were collected through interviews with a semi-structured script and submitted to Content Analysis. The results were elaborated considering the perspective analysis of the dimensions of the meaning of work: individual, social, organizational, and doing daily. In view of these dimensions, it was noticed that professionals attribute meanings to work in a multifaceted way. Work is central to the lives of subjects, in addition to being associated with personal life, with the meaning of work being a way for them to be constituted, reformulated and discover themselves as active subjects in doing and living, being relevant in the identity configuration. The understanding of the meaning of work for health professionals is articulated and gives new meaning to work, it becomes relevant in the organization of the work process and management practices.
