OS REFUGIADOS VENEZUELANOS NO BRASIL SOB O ENFOQUE DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS: UMA BREVE ANÁLISE SOBRE OS DIREITOS E GARANTIAS FUNDAMENTAIS
O presente trabalho voltou o olhar para a questão dos refugiados vindos da Venezuela para o Brasil, justificando-se a partir do aumento desses imigrantes por vários fatores para este país. Assim, tem por objetivo geral compreender quais são os principais direitos e garantias assegurados aos imigrantes à luz da legislação brasileira. Por objetivos específicos contextualizar o território brasileiro, bem como apontar os principais fatores que levaram os imigrantes venezuelanos a vir para o Brasil e relacionar os principais direitos e garantias fundamentais assegurados ao imigrante de acordo com a nova Lei de Migração (LEI Nº 13.445/2017) e o Regime Internacional para Refugiados, elaborado no âmbito da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), com ênfase no combate as irregularidades conforme as notícias recentes e o COVID-19. Utilizou-se a metodologia bibliográfico-documental, desenvolvida a partir de doutrinas, artigos, reportagens e coleta de dados acerca do tema, bem como de uma análise da Constituição Federal de 1988 e o Regime Internacional para Refugiados (ONU).

Abstract:
The present work turned its attention to the issue of refugees coming from Venezuela to Brazil, justifying itself based on the increase of these immigrants due to several factors for this country. Thus, its general objective is to understand what are the main rights and guarantees guaranteed to immigrants under Brazilian law. For specific objectives, to contextualize the Brazilian territory, as well as to point out the main factors that led Venezuelan immigrants to come to Brazil and to list the main fundamental rights and guarantees guaranteed to immigrants according to the new Migration Law (LAW No. 13.445 / 2017) and the International Refugee Regime, developed within the scope of the United Nations (UN), with an emphasis on combating irregularities according to the recent news and COVID-19. We used the bibliographic-documental methodology, developed from doctrines, articles, reports and data collection on the subject, as well as an analysis of the 1988 Federal Constitution and the International Refugee Regime (UN).
